Hey I'm 19yrz old. I'm virgin. I'm an athlete. I didn't masturbate for the past 7 months. I saw in many websites that masturbate will reduce stamina but sex won't compare to it. So can I have an intercourse right now? Will I long last at least for 4 hours? I have an inter course before a match will I loose my athletic performance? And after an inter course we will will let our sperm out does it kill our stamina? Or it is more safe then masturbate for stamina purposes? Because I have training daily. I have to perform. So I'm afraid to have an inter course. And tell me some benefits of sex. I'm so disturbed that having sex destroys my performance and stamina. Please gimme a proper answer.

General Physician,
Hey I'm 19yrz old. I'm virgin. I'm an athlete. I didn't masturbate for the past 7 months. I saw in many websites that...
Masturbation will not cause any defect as you think. 8 amazing health benefits of masturbation Masturbation can be extremely beneficial to your health and well-being. It doesn't just feel good, it has other benefits too that can vastly improve your health and life. Here are some reasons why you should masturbate regularly: 1. It boosts your mood Masturbating releases the hormones oxytocin and dopamine, which improve your mood and give you a natural high. It helps you relax and decreases your stress and anxiety levels. 2. Helps you sleep Having an orgasm relaxes you physically and mentally, relieves tension and makes you feel satisfied due to the lowering of blood pressure and the release of endorphins. This helps you fall asleep faster and sleep better. 3. Lesser junk food cravings The release of oxytocin makes us feel happier, lowering emotionally triggered food cravings, which help you make better food choices and avoid unhealthy and fattening 'comfort' food. 4. Relieves cramps Masturbation can help relieve menstrual cramps. It increases blood flow to your pelvic region and hence eases pain, cramps and backaches. 5. Helps cure urinary tract infection in women Those suffering from utis can get relief by masturbating as it flushes out bacteria from the cervix. 6. Prevents prostate cancer Masturbation flushes out the toxin build-up in the urogenital tract, making men who ejaculate frequently three times less likely to develop prostate cancer. 7. May get rid of restless leg syndrome People who suffer from restless leg syndrome feel a constant need to move their limb, which may cause leg pain and cramps. A publication in 'sleep medicine' a medical journal suggests that sex and masturbation may help relieve symptoms of rls. 8. Boosts your immunity and general health Ejaculation in males triggers the release of cortisol, a stress hormone. Although stress inducing, experts believe that small doses of this hormone help build your immunity. In women, masturbation is known to improve cervical and cardiovascular health while also reducing the risk of type-2 diabetes. 6 Common myths on masturbation busted! Although a very normal physical function, masturbation (the touching of your genitals and other erogenous zones to induce sexual pleasure) has certain taboos attached to it. This natural sexual practice has given birth to all kinds of myths which stops people from indulging in this form of self-pleasure. Here are some of the most common misconceptions and the truths behind them. 1. Myth: Masturbation makes you go blind Fact: Masturbation cannot make you blind. Studies conducted on this point of contention haven’t been able to find a link between masturbation and blindness. On the contrary, these researches have gone on to reveal that individuals who masturbate 4 times daily or more for years haven’t been found to suffer from any diseases attributed to masturbation, including blindness. 2. Myth: It can cause you to suffer from erectile dysfunction Fact: Erectile dysfunction refers to the inability to maintain or get an erection during intercourse. The causes of this sexual dysfunction are varied, but masturbation doesn’t figure in the list of causes. What really happens is that when you masturbate repeatedly, you become used to your own touch or to a certain kind of sensation. As a result, you may find it difficult to have orgasms with your partner. 3. Myth: Masturbation doesn’t provide any long-term health benefits Fact: Many experts believe that masturbation can be good for your health. Some of the health benefits that it provides include improved concentration levels and better sleep. It also helps in relieving stress and headaches as your body releases endorphins (brain chemicals), which give you a sense of well-being. Apart from that, masturbating regularly ensures better fitness levels and a youthful appearance in men. For women, it offers certain sexual health benefits such as less pain during sexual intercourse. This happens due to the interaction between brain receptors and the endorphins, which help in reducing your perception of pain. Furthermore, it can even reduce vaginal dryness. 4. Myth: Children do not masturbate Fact: Masturbation is a normal childhood habit, wherein young children discover the private parts of their bodies and the feelings of pleasure that arise from this activity. Most children begin to play with their private parts by about 5-6 years of age. A child can masturbate once a week or several times a day. There are even researches out there that show male foetuses masturbating in the womb. 5. Myth: There’s no limit to how much you can masturbate Fact: According to the American Psychological Association, you should stop masturbating if it affects your daily life; causes emotional problems or physical soreness; disrupts your relationship with your partner or makes you unable to have orgasms from the stimulation that you experience with your partner. Otherwise, the frequency of masturbating can vary from individual to individual. If you masturbate a number of times in a day and still lead a healthy and satisfying life, you have nothing to worry about. 6. Myth: People in relationships do not masturbate Fact: Whether you’re single or in a relationship, masturbation is a healthy sexual activity that you can engage in to fulfil your sexual desires. Studies show that masturbation is a very common behaviour; about 92% of men and 62% of women masturbate. Sometimes, couples also engage in masturbation together as part of their sexual activity.

Spinach is a rich source of vitamins K, A and C. Vitamin K is important for maintaining bone health; vitamin A boosts vision and the immune system and vitamin C helps heal wounds and maintain strong bones and teeth. Sir pelvic floor muscles kya hoti hai. Agar yeh weak hoti hai toh inka tratment kya hai.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
Pelvic floor muscles are the layer of muscles that support the pelvic organs and span the bottom of the pelvis. The pelvic organs are the bladder and bowel in men, and bladder, bowel and uterus in women. Having strong pelvic floor muscles gives us control over the bladder and bowel. Weakened pelvic floor muscles mean the internal organs are not fully supported and you may have difficulty controlling the release of urine, faeces (poo) or flatus (wind). Common causes of a weakened pelvic floor include childbirth, obesity and the associated straining of chronic constipation. Pelvic floor exercises are designed to improve muscle tone and prevent the need for corrective surgery.

I am suffering from fever cold and cough from past 10 days can you suggests me the treatment?

I am suffering from fever cold and cough from past 10 days can you suggests me the treatment?
There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water. The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. In general you should: • get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold • staying at home will keep you from spreading germs • drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation • Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. • Humidify the rooms you are in most or your whole house if possible. • Do steam inhalation once or twice daily Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Can I have to be sex on mobile with my spouse during the my absence duty on home ? I have to be asked you that can I fully open sex on cell phone with talking each other ? Is that idea good or bed ?

What 2 individuals do to enhance their relationships cannot be BAD. If you and your wife are comfortable with on cam sex, its okay if you use it with respect of the laws governing the country you are in But cyber crime is on the rise. If you have a live session using any chat app or skype , it may be Ok, but there is a danger of someone lurking on your server and making videos of it. In any case, NEVER record videos of yourself or your spouse and send them to each other, as it can be hacked and misused. You can have naughty chat or phone sex, but by doing so at tiems couples miss the real fun. If any of the persons in a couple starts liking it immensely, it may also become a problem in your future sex life. Why not let the separation be a "way" to increase longing ? In such a way the intensity of the union is doubled when you meet in person after the gap

MADAM I FEEL YOU ARE SUFFERING FROM MIAGRAINE. What Is a Migraine? Migraines are intense, sometimes debilitating headaches. The most common types of migraine are those with aura (classical migraines) and those without aura (common migraines). Migraines can begin in childhood or may not occur until early adulthood. According to the Mayo Clinic, women are three times more likely than men to have migraines. Family history is one of the most common risk factors for having migraines. What Are the Symptoms and Phases of a Migraine? Migraine symptoms may begin one to two days before the headache itself. This is known as the migraine’s prodrome stage. Symptoms include: Food cravings Depression Fatigue or low energy Frequent yawning Hyperactivity Irritability Neck stiffness Some — but not all — people may also experience an aura after the prodrome stage. An aura causes visual, motor, and/or speech disturbances, such as: Difficulty speaking clearly Feeling a prickling or tingling sensation in the arms and legs Flashes of light Seeing shapes, light flashes or bright spots transient vision loss The next phase is known as the attack phase. This is the most acute or severe of the phases when the actual migraine occurs. Attack phase symptoms can last anywhere from four hours to three days. Symptoms of a migraine can vary from person to person. Some symptoms may include: Feeling dizzy or faint Increased sensitivity to light and sound Nausea Pain on one side of the head Pulsing and/or throbbing pain Vomiting After the attack phase, a person will experience the postdrome phase. During this last phase, a person will often experience changes in mood and feelings, which can range from feeling euphoric and extremely happy, to feeling very fatigued and apathetic. What Causes a Migraine? Researchers haven’t identified a definitive cause for migraines. However, they have found some contributing factors that can trigger the condition. This includes changes in brain chemicals, such as a decrease in serotonin levels. Factors that may trigger a migraine include: Bright lights Severe heat, or other extremes in weather Changes in barometric pressure Hormonal changes, such as estrogen fluctuations during menstruation, pregnancy, or menopause for women Drinking alcohol or caffeinated drinks Foods such as aged cheese, salty, or processed foods Consuming food additives, such as aspartame (an artificial sugar) or monosodium glutamate (MSG) Eating foods that have the additive tyramine, which is found in soy products, fava beans, hard sausages, smoked fish, aged cheeses, and Chianti wine Excess stress Loud sounds physical activity Skipping meals Loss of sleep Taking certain medicines, such as oral contraceptives or nitroglycerin Unusual smells If you experience a migraine, your doctor may ask you to keep a headache journal. Writing down what you were doing, what foods you ate, and what medications you were taking before your migraine began can help identify your triggers MIAGRAINE REQUIRES TREATMENT AND HOMOEOPATHY HAS A PERMANENT CURE TO IT.
