If fever is there more than 100 degree then take paracetamol tablet or do sponging. As high grade is dangerous for the baby. If fever remains for more than 3 days then get blood test, urine examination done.

Include food which are rich in iron in your regular meals. Such foods include: dark green leafy vegetables, dates, jaggery, raisins, nuts, legumes, pulses, etc. Increase your intake of vitamin C rich foods such as berries, sweet lime, orange, etc. Vitamin C help is increasing absorption rate of iron in body.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

I am 22 year old girl. I was having severe acne, hirsutism, hair thinning and loss, and fatigue since lot of time. On consultation with a gynaec, in my blood test reports I got high dhea, testosterone free and dhea-s. She said I don't have pcos on doing the test, but recommended a course of Dianne -35 among anti biotic, and so did the dermatologist. I took Dianne 35 for 7 months and still the symptoms came back. I also get excess white discharge, fatigue, and weird impulses. Are there any other ways of reducing dhea, and solving acne, fatigue, hair problems, and hirsutism permanently?

The difference between hemorrhoids and fissures, is a the hemorrhoid is actually a blood vessel that has become irritated and enlarged and will cause discomfort and bleeding. You can get them externally and internally. If they are external, you can feel them and when they are really inflamed they will look like a large purplish lump around the rectum. Internal ones can be found with an exam. Fissures are actually small tears in the mucosa in and around the rectum and also cause discomfort and bleeding. Both can be treated conservatively with warm sitz baths, anucort suppositories (prescription) or over the counter creams/suppositories like Anusol. You also need to make sure your diet includes lots of water, lots of fiber and green vegies.

Start checking your daily food choices. Wear a back support ,tummy control belt.Exercise for 40 minutes everyday. Have 5 portions  of fruits+green veggies,proteins and high fibre carbs . 1 glass of lemon water every morning empty stomach. Have a bowl of cucumber  salad half an hour before every meal .. Do a plank (ab tightening exercise) every day with increasing duration /repeats . Have 4 to 6 l per of water per day. Share your body weight and height then a more personalise plan can be given. You are pregnant. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid non veg and eggs. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home. Do meditation for mental strength.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.
