How to ignore sleep and focus on study's during night time and making level best on it?

How to ignore sleep and focus on study's during night time and making level best on it?
When you concentrate on the subject you studying, the sleep automatically runs away, because increased attention levels are just opposite of sleepiness. Other things that might help are: always sit on a chair &table to study, not on bed or sofa, study in a bright light, make notes while studying because when you read as well as write down things your attention level has to increase.

I am suffering from pcos hormonal imbalance, acne, hair fall, please suggest diet for pcos and help.
Hello, PCOS or pcod s a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. PCOS also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. The most common symptoms are: Acne.Weight gain and trouble losing weight.Extra hair on the face and body.Thinning hair or even hair loss on scalp.Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding.Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant(infertility), depression. Regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment (hormonal) can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Try to fit in moderate activity and/or vigorous activity often. Brisk Walking, jogging, dance or aerobics are great exercise that most people can do.Eat heart-healthy foods. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and whole grains. It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods. Most women who have PCOS can benefit from losing weight. Even losing 5kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.

Hi, Neurosis can become psychosis or schizophrenia when it is not treated. Neurosis is already the acceptance of absurdity by the person’s human conscience. The neurotic accepts showing absurd behavior, which is against the normal functionalism of his human conscience. The abnormality in his or her behavior reflects the invasion of the wild side of the human conscience into the conscious field, and the indifference of their conscience to the absurdity of their behavior is a serious demonstration that they are indifferent to what should alarm them. However, neurosis is not so serious when it is properly treated. Translating your dreams according to the scientific method you are going to eliminate it in around 2 to 8 months of psychotherapy. So do not worry since you are already on treatment you will not develop schizophrenia at all, stop reading about it. Consult a psychologist for psychotherapy, which is really required in your case. All the best.

Tuberculosis Of Spine - An Insight!

Tuberculosis Of Spine - An Insight!

A few decades back, spinal tuberculosis was a dreaded disease. It is not so, anymore. With advancements in the medicinal field, when diagnosed in the early stages, a complete cure is possible.

Tuberculosis of the spine is one of the most common spine ailments in our country. Though there was no treatment when the disease was first reported, recent improvements in medical treatment and surgical procedures have made the condition treatable. In many cases, the disease is cured completely.

Molecular genetic techniques, stronger antibiotics and other medicinal discoveries and inventions have been able to combat the condition, which is resistant to a huge number of drugs. There are many surgical procedures as well, which has changed the way spine TB is looked at. These include extrapleural dorsal spine anterior stabilization, endoscopic thoracoscopic surgeries, single stage anterior and posterior stabilization among others.

How is it caused?
Tuberculosis affects people living in overcrowded, dirty and poorly nourished environments. The aerobic organism that is responsible for this physical condition is Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which grows rapidly in unfavorable conditions. It grows only intermittently or remains dormant for a long period to then re-grow whenever the immunity system of the host weakens.

What are the different types of TB spine?
Spinal tuberculosis takes two forms. In the first case, the symptoms are mild. The infection starts in the anterior part of the disc and slowly spreads to the nearby surface of the body. The neural arches are very rarely involved here. This results in a vertebral collapse. The spine bends forward to produce kyphus. In the second type, several vertebrae are involved, but the disc space might not become narrow.

What are the symptoms of TB spine?
The first symptom is an excessive pain in the back, which manifests as kyphosis increases. Kyphosis is the condition wherein there is an increase in the normal convex curve of the spine. Later, pus forms at the infected vertebrae and this comes down to the tissue planes and forms a cold abscess in uncommon places. This happens in the groin region, and the person may become paraplegic.

In a child, spinal tuberculosis will cause them to constantly complain about back pains. They will not feel well for a long period and will gradually lose weight. They may not want to sit for a long time and resent any physical activity. The child will be vulnerable in the low thoracic or upper lumbar spine and can show any of the above-mentioned signs that are seen in adults.

The most common symptoms of spinal tuberculosis are kyphus, reduction in the movement of the lumbar spine, cold abscesses in the paraspinal area, groin and loin, and sinuses. The doctor always tests the reflexes in the patient’s legs, sensation, power, and tone before diagnosing this condition.

Though a rare disease, tuberculosis in the spine can occur in people from both developed and undeveloped areas. Proper diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis with or without surgery at the right time is the key to cure the disease.

It's not necessary to have withdrawal bleeding after having I pill. Emergency pills upset your hormones resulting in irratic periods. Chances of pregnancy are almost nil but you should perform pregnancy test if she misses her periods.
