Hi, your weight according to your height should be around 68kg for reduce your weight you have to take balance diet n most important don't skip your breakfast and do walk n exercise daily. Take care.

Hi, you should do daily work out of 30 minutes 5 days in a week drink lots of water avoid all junk, fatty,deep fried, soft drinks etc take healthy foods and get adequate amount of sleep daily.

1. You should avoid fried nd junk foods. 2. Take plenty of water. 3. Do brisk walk daily atleast 1 hr. 4. Avoid sugar, sweets in your diet. 5. Take less calorie intake. 6. Have papaya nd green tea.

Avoid spicy food. Avoid fatty food. Do not let your stomach b empty for long time. Eat something in every 3-4 hrs interval. Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

I am Dr. Manjiri Puranic and I have been practicing obesity for the last about 12 to 15 years.

The most important question people today are facing is Why am I fat? I am trying to do everything. I am trying to do good diet, I am doing regular exercise still why is it that I am not able to reduce my fat? I am not able to reduce my weight. There are lot of misconceptions about obesity. People feel that if I have put on weight it means I am fat.

But what is actually obesity mean? Obesity means not excess weight but excess of fat. In men if it is more than 30% of the body weight and in women more than 35% of the body weight then we call it as obese. We all know that lifestyle is the main cause of obesity. But there are lot of people who do regular exercise, gyming, very good diets, they really control their calories but yet there are some areas like hips, thighs and abdomen and well the low handles, whatever you do the fat never comes down.

So what is it? What treatment can one undergo to reduce fats from certain areas? There are lot of surgeries, there is liposuction, and there is lumpectomy. But well no one wants to undergo the knife. Yes it is risky. There is risk of anesthesia, there is risk of surgery and you are off from work. 1. Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walking/jogging/running/cycling/swimming for 1 hour daily 2. Reduce weight 3control diet 4. Avoid sweets, sugar, oily, fatty, excess calorie/cholesterol, saturated fat and carbohydrate rich diet. Take green leafy vegetables/fruits/salads. Drink plenty of water. Avoid junk food, bakery items like pizza/burger/cookies, soft drink, alcohol etc 5. Do yoga, pranayama, deep breathing exercise.
