Hello many individuals have heightened sex drives that cause them to become distracted in the workplace and at home. An increased sex drive often correlates with heightened aggression, and it can also lead to sex addiction. If you have an increased sex drive and want to relieve yourself of its constant presence, there are a number of things you can do to decrease your libido and keep it under control. Step 1 infuse your diet with soy. Soy has been proven to reduce testosterone levels, which will in turn reduce libido. Step 2 eat a low-fat diet. Increased consumption of fat is associated with an increase of testosterone levels, but cutting back on fats--particularly saturated fats--will help bring your sex drive down. Step 3 eat the herb caste tree berry. Also known as" monk's pepper, this supplement has been used to reduce libido since the middle ages. But unlike most other herbs, it has retained its use, as it has been proven over time to be effective in combating a high sex drive. Step 4 stay away from animal proteins. The proteins and hormones found in meats like beef, chicken, pork and turkey can contribute to high testosterone levels. Vegetarians tend to have lower testosterone levels than omnivores, and thus lower libidos. Step 5 exercise frequently. Working out reduces your testosterone levels while increasing cortisol. Marathon runners frequently have lower-than-average testosterone levels because of this.

I am getting neck pains, due to which I am continuously moving my neck sideways in order to negotiate that pain, please give me some solution to this.

1.Take crocin 500mg one tablet sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2.Apply volini gel twice daily 3.Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest If you have recurrent attack of neck pain a)Take X ray cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b)Sometimes It could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) Do physio therapy and neck exercise d)Consult me for further advice

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind.

You should sleep for eight hours in a day and take Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

Follow the tips *avoid caffeine and nicotine. *refrain from consumption of alcoholic drinks before bed. *avoid large meals and beverages late at night. *it is good to exercise, but not too late in the day. *don't take naps after 3 p. M. *have the right sunlight exposure. *take a hot water bath before going to bed. *relaxation before going to bed helps. *a good sleeping environment can be helpful. *don't stay awake for long time in bed. *say no to late-night television. Take homoeopathic medicine belladonna 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert.

Hi My son has been diagnosed of undescended testicles (left one). He is 3 months 5 days of age as of now, we have consulted a doctor recently and he advised that a hormone injection would be given every month till age of 6 months and if issue is not resolved then a minor surgery would be conducted to bring the testicle into scrotum kindly confirm that this is the correct medication/ treatment required in order to correct this problem.

Undescended testicles will usually move down into the scrotum naturally by the time your child is three to six months old. If the testicles don't descend by six months, it's very unlikely they will do so without treatment, so a surgical procedure to reposition one or both testicles will normally be recommended.
