Dear poor and sedentary lifestyle is one of the cause of gastric problems and further leads to weight gain.. 1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Take 1 tsf avipattikar churna empty stomach twice a day with water/ 20 days and 2 tab soothshekhar ras twice a day 30 min after meals with little water/10 days. 10. Join aerobics in evening and do brisk walk 2 km daily early morning and sit in vjrasana posture every time. Revert back after 10 days. Take Care.

Why Glycosylated Hemoglobin Test Necessary For Diabetic Patient? (Glyco HB)

Glycosylated HB, is the HB that bound irreversibly to the glucose. Its an indicator of average sugar levels for the past 2-3 months. Several studies have shown that maintain Glyco Hb<7.0% can decrease a incidence of complication
So if some one are Diabetic , Doing Fasting and Post Lunch sugar is not enough measure Glyco HB at least in six months and maintain it below 7.0% to prevent Eye , Kidney and Nerve diseases with other complication due to Diabetes.

I am unable to sleep at left position and change the directions in between during sleep hours of day or either in night time. My hip bones and legs are having very hard pain during wakeup. Kindly suggest the best remedy for sleep direction. I am in 7th month of pregnancy.

Please Sleep on left or right side Left is better during pregnancy Take milk regularly Take salads and fruits more Take dates, jaggery, beet root, green leafy vegetables regularly Apply arnopen liniment on back, legs if needed.

Stress sabse bada karan hai neend na aane ka, Stress manage karna sikhao, alcohol avoid karen aur yadi lena hi hai to small quantity le sakte hain, din main na soye, regual rexercise .walk yoga karen. Avoid sleeping pills ye habit forming hotin hain.

From the past one year I am suffering from piles. What are the safety measures and medicines to be cure?

1. Apply proctosedyl ointment 2-3 times daily before and after passing stool. 2. Sit in a bath tub containing warm water with little salt for some time twice daily (sitz bath). 3. Take two tea spoonful lof softovac/naturolax powder with a glass of warm water/milk in the evening or syrup duphalac 3 tsf (15ml) twice daily if there is constipation. 4. Take fiber containing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. 5. If no relief consult a general surgeon for sclero therapy/rubber band ligation/laser or electric coagulation/surgery.

My wife is facing ITP platelet problem last three years, count is below 30000 only how can she maintain her platelet problem in control and what is the remedy.

Have juice extracted from papaya leaves daily, one spoon of it. This will help her to increase her platelet count very faster. And as it is naturally, its safe, though little time consuming but good and safe solution for low platelet count.

Take 5-7 munakkas with milk at night time. Mix 1 spoon pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna in warm water and take it before sleep. Take 1-1 tab arogyavardhini vati twice a day after lunch and dinner. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Take green vegetables. Fruits. Hello, It is better to eat wheat bread or roti. -Stay away from fast foods, ice-cream and super cheesy foods - Say a strict no-no to high carbohydrates and sugary foods like cake, cookies, dessert and white bread - Avoid red meat and high protein food. Go for skinless poultry (small in portions) and non-fat dairy food - Stay away from hot sauces and spicy foods. Spicy and peppery foods may upset your stomach The best time to sleep is around 10.Have your meal at least 2 hrs before sleeping.

Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Avoid milk. Cold drinks. Take hot water steam.

Hi Sir, I want to improve my sex stamina and sex timing. I want to enjoy plying sex.
Premature ejaculation I would like to suggest you a couple of exercises for PE 1. While you are urinating, stop the urine mid steam for 2 seconds. This should be done by contracting the muscles and NOT BY USING HANDS. After 2 seconds, you should let the urine pass for next 5 seconds and again stop it midstream. This sounds simple but requires practice. This needs to be done each time you go for urination. Initially you may stop the urine only ones but gradually the frequency of stoppage can be increased. 2. While working or sitting at workplace or at home, contract (tighten) the pelvic muscles for 5 seconds and then release it for 5 seconds. Now you would wonder where are these pelvic muscles are? If you are still confused about what are the pelvic muscles here is a clarification. Suppose you are standing in a queue outside a public toilet and you have go to pee in urgency and You have to wait for 5 min for your turn. You would stop your urine in some way by making some muscles around your penis tight. These muscles are the pelvic muscles. Do such repetitions for 5 times continuously, and you can also repeat such sets 5 times a day.
