Get your refraction done and wear spectacles eat green veggies. Carrots. Strain less your eyes. Relax your eyes in between work. Blink regularily if working for long time on computer. Lower the brightness of your screen. Work under adequately illuminated conditions. If needed wear corrective spectacles. These r few things you can take care of. Otherwise as such no options available which wd increases your eyesight.

I am 24 Non vegetarian and I was getting semen in my urine, and I was also getting some burning effect in urine. To reduce belly fat include high fiber in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Eat small & frequent meals. Avoid taking tea & coffee. Moreover take amaranth grain as a breakfast cereal as it's really beneficial in reducing belly fat. Do stretching exercises for that particular part.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome: Causes & Symptoms

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a problem related to the large intestine and can be characterized by bloating, constipation, diarrhea and abdominal pain. People suffering from IBS experience a lot of discomfort and are unable to lead a healthy life. It may also aggravate symptoms of hemorrhoids, along with aggravating symptoms of stress.

Causes of IBS:

  1. Hormones: Hormonal changes such as the ones during menstrual cycles may aggravate symptoms of IBS.
  2. Stress: Any type of stress tends to aggravate symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.
  3. Foods: Certain foods such as chocolate, spices, cabbage, milk and carbonated beverages may trigger symptoms of IBS.
  4. Illnesses: Various illnesses such as diarrhea or conditions such as overproduction of bacteria in the intestines may lead to symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.

Symptoms of IBS:

  1. Frequent episodes of diarrhea
  2. Abdominal cramps especially on the lower part of the abdomen
  3. Frequent constipation
  4. Abnormal stool structure
  5. Constant bloating

Things to take care of:

While medications are prescribed to relieve the condition, it is also advised to make dietary and lifestyle changes. Some of the things to keep in mind are:

  2. Avoid tea and coffee
  3. Consume more fibrous food

Eating less is not the right way of losing weight. Actually, your body gets into a protection mode and starts saving the fat more and make you put on weight. Follow a well balanced diet rich in multiple sources of protein, complex carbs, good fats, fiber and vitamins and minerals. Drink lots of water. Avoid simple carbs like white rice, maida, sugar, etc. Eat at least 5-6 meals a day. Follow a regular exercise regimen. Get in touch with a nutritionist or health coach for a proper weight loss plan.

Cause of discoloration ? Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc) genetics. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with whitening (bleaching) procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. Although it is tempting to do so can lead to scarring and skin infections. *Avoid wearing headbands, baseball caps and other hats tighter. *Avoid touching your face with your hands or fingers. *Avoid greasy cosmetics or creams. Remove your makeup at night. The non-comedogenic products have been tested and are proven to not clog pores or cause acne. *If these steps do not clear up the blemishes, try over acne medication prescription. These products are applied directly to the skin. *A small amount of sun exposure may improve acne a little, but mostly just hides it. However, avoid too much exposure to sunlight or ultraviolet radiation.

I am 40 years old with normal bp sugar thyroid. I am having chest pain from last 1 year. Hv been to many doctors. They say it's acidity and muscular pain. I have vitamin d and b12 deficiency.
