Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Change your sleeping position. Elevating your head four inches may ease breathing and encourage your tongue and jaw to move forward. It is due to weekning of parasympathetic nervous system, what you have to do just strengthen to pelvic floor muscles by kegel excersis i. E first step is to locate the pelvic floor muscles you can locate by method when you pass urine just hold it, by this process you you have located this muscle, now you do this exercise when you are not passing urine don't tight buttocks, do this exercise daily three times regularly there is possibility to reduce precum.
