What is a symptoms of dengue malaria and chickengunia and how will be protect over self from disease.
Dengue fever is a painful mosquito-borne disease. It is caused by any one of four types of dengue virus, which is transmitted by the bite of an infected female aedes aegypti mosquito. Common symptoms of dengue include high fever, runny nose, a mild skin rash, cough, and pain behind the eyes and in the joints. However, some people may develop a red and white patchy skin rash followed by loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, etc. Patients suffering from dengue should seek medical advice, rest and drink plenty of fluids. Paracetamol can be taken to bring down fever and reduce joint pains. However, aspirin or ibuprofen should not be taken since they can increase the risk of bleeding. The risk of complications is in less than 1% of dengue cases and, if warning signals are known to the public, all deaths from dengue can be avoided. Malaria on day 1 of fever besides cbc, can do smear for mp & / rapid malarial antigen or rma test. Ensure the card test is a combined test for all relevant plasmodium species as some cards are only p falciparum specific. Card test can remain + ve for a week or more despite adequate antimalarial rx. Hence a febrile pt with rma test +, & h/o treatment taken with smear negative needs no further antimalarial rx. Dengue ns1 best test is ns1 cannot be false +ve is + from day 1 to 7 ideally. If on day 1 is -ve, repeat it next day. Always ask for elisa based ns1 tests as card tests are misleading.

Since it ha been just a month you can probably get out of it easily too but with cooperation. You must meet with a counselor for that to happen effectively. This is the only condition were you are required to literally do the opposite of what you feel like doing. Depression makes you want to withdraw, lie down, sleep, become lethargic, slow down, make you too lazy to even think etc. So when I suggested doing the opposite, you will need to fight this disease. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, and wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, eat more of proteins and vegetables, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch a lot of sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. I hope you can find someone to love and be loved too, if you are not already married. Whatever happens please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three things, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. If you are still not relieved from the depression, then go first to a counselor and later to a psychiatrist, if the counselor advises you.

Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Hi, Take Rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach. Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. Revert after 15 days with feedback. Thanks.

*sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *you can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning.

You cannot 'make' him free from this but you can help him. If he is not willing to do what needs to be done, nothing can help him. These are our limitations. However these are the things he needs to do: I believe there may be some genetic predisposition or there has been some childhood issue, related to anger, that needs urgent attention. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

You do regular exercise like weight lifting and other muscle building exercise for gaining weight.Eat more food more often.Use bigger plate.Take whole cream milk.Use weight gainer supplement.Use dense fruits,vegetables.Add ghee,cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly,honey with food extra.Take extra fish,egg,lean meat,lentil,cottage cheese,yogurt,sprout,tofu,mushroom.Use extra healthy fat in cooking.Eat more nuts,seeds.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Take proper rest.

Hello. Use an acne contro facewash like keracnyl or fash twice a day. Use Adaferin gel on the pimple very little amount or one pea size drop for full face at night for 15 days. Pimples if come very frequently, require a long course of tablets so See a local dermatologist for further assessment if no satisfactory response.

Dear sir, you are 32 and suddenly you are concentrating on your nose. Each individual is unique and have different features it is not a cause of worrying. You can see picture of many superstars sportspersons political leaders and even several common man having worst crooked nose and are least concerned. Be confident of what you have. But if you are still worried than you can change shape of nose with surgery.

Mr. Lybrate-user, cinnamon powder about 1 to 6 g a day (1 g = 1/2 tsf) has been shown to have beneficial effect on reducing blood glucose and cholesterol levels. So if one wants to use it, about 1 tsf powder can be used once or twice a day.
