It depends what is the condition of the teeth. In a traumatic tooth. If it's broken to half we usually. Make slight bevel in the surface of enamel or dentin and do the build up. And if you are wanting to do cosmetic correction of teeth and want veneers. Then.the whole tooth surface on the outer side is prepared. With a bevel on the lingual side so as to hold the material on the tooth.

4 Dietary Changes that can Increase Your Chances of Getting Pregnant

At times being able to conceive becomes a challenge due to certain biological reasons. Feeling positive and eating healthy naturally takes you a step nearer to getting pregnant. In case of no medical condition acting as an obstruction, consuming the right food can increase your chances of getting pregnant.

Here’s a list of supplements you can include in your diet to maximise your chances of getting pregnant.

1. Choose whole grains over refined carbohydrates: Reducing the intake of refined carbohydrates (found in milk, potatoes, corn to name a few) can reduce inflammation of the genitals, which will help increase fertility. You can still continue to have your favourite foods, but ensure they are low GI (glycaemic index- a figure used to represent the ability of carbohydrate to increase glucose in blood) carbohydrates.

You can consume whole grains, which help in reducing insulin levels that in turn reduce the risk of heart diseases and diabetes and also help lower cholesterol levels. Try having whole grain bread instead of white bread and porridge instead of sugary processed cereals to reduce your GI ingestion.

2. Harness the power of Proteins: Proteins are an important part of your diet and the type of proteins you require careful consideration as they help make new hormones. Try having 25gms of vegetable protein like seeds, legumes and nuts instead of animal protein.

Add dairy foods to your diet as they are also a rich source of protein. They provide vital minerals and nutrients like magnesium, calcium and vitamin B12 to the body and at the same time are low in calories. Include milk, yoghurt and cottage cheese to your meals so that you have a minimum of three servings of dairy products a day, which is essential to meet your nutritional needs and increase your chances of having a baby.

3. Welcome Good Fats: Processed foods, fatty meats and takeaways are high in saturated fats including trans fats. These lead to inflammation and an increase of oxygen free radicals in the body, which decrease fertility. So, incorporate good fats in your diet in controlled quantities. Try having avocado and tomato on a whole grain toast, for instance.

4. Make folate an integral part of your diet: Folate is an essential nutrient that helps in decreasing the incidence of birth defects in babies, while ensuring a healthy conception. Along with the prescribed supplements, try to increase its intake in its natural form. The best way to do this is by having green leafy vegetables, which are a rich source of folate. You can also have veggie sticks and vegetable soup along or green vegetable dishes to increase your folate intake.

There are no allopathic / unani / homeo drugs or diet plans or surgery or any medical /magical methods and exercises to increase or decrease height and it is the genetic trait of a person and is based on parental height. There is no magical remedy for height modification. Many products marketed as height increasing products are false claims and will only take your money away. You learn to live with what height you have genetically got and many great men in history were not tall and they are known for and famous for their great deeds .Understand that it is not the physical height of anyone but his or her great achievement is hailed by others or society.

Obesity is a condition of excessive body fat for a given height and gender. The intake of the calories must harmonize with the output of work done physically, to burn up the calories. Else the unused calories get stored up in the body as fat. The calorie requirement differs for each individual according to the pattern of work he undertakes. Eating just what the body needs followed by regular exercise is the only solution to deal obesity. Vegetables such as tomatoes, carrots and dark green leafy vegetables are low-calorie foods that are good for your health. Therefore, include some vegetables salad and fruits in your daily diet to keep you full and satisfied throughout the day. Make a mixture of 1 teaspoon of honey and lemon juice in a glass of warm water, mix well and have this mixture daily in the morning green tea is an effective remedy for weight loss. Add 2-3 cups of green tea everyday to your daily routine to combat obesity. Exercise plays a key role in maintaining a healthy body. Lack of exercise can lead to overweight and obesity. Exercising burns up the extra fats in the body and will keep your body flexible, energetic and healthy, hence start doing some exercise daily for a fit and healthy body. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of warm water daily to make sure that your body is getting enough water. Drinking warm water will help shed those extra flabs in your body by burning extra calories several times a day, hence it can help you lose weight.

1. For increasing weight. First we have to work on your digestive system. It will do aam pachan and will increase your digestive power and appetite. 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day. 4. Eat healthy n light food. 5. Drink plenty of fluids. 6. Avoid constipation. 7. Walk 1km daily in evening. 8. Follow up after a week.

That is called breakthrough or plateau . change the workouts cut down on carbs but Make sure you?re eating enough protein for your weight and for the workouts that you do keep going -do not stop with your exercise regime

Hello doctor. I suffer from anxiety and get depressed at t times.I get tremors when I am over anxious .And suffer from lot of phobias .Married for 7 years now and working.But I look cheerful .I badly want to get rid of phobias .I am scared to travel specially by air.I have also taken some ayurvedic medicines and counselling to overcome this problem as I was suffering from insomnia .That's helped me a lot.One more thing to mention.I have brittle flat n rough nails n doctor told me that I am allergic to gluten .

The problem of phobia is that it has to do with exaggerating the stimulus i.E. Air travel is quite normal and safe, yet your mind plays tricks with possibilities and probabilities and converts them into realities. You become so convinced that no one can change the fact in your head. Then the fear, not the fact, becomes life-threatening and incapacitates you. You will need, through therapy, to be taken through the motions of whatever it is you are phobic about and de-sensitivize you over a period of time. Since you are saying counseling has helped a lot, do continue in it until it is resolved. In the meantime do regular exercise and build a bigger heart that reacts to fear better than the normal person. The bottom-line of any phobia is abnormal levels of fear based in your past. If the feeling of fear is dealt with, it is sure to speed up your recovery. Regarding the nails, kindly follow your doctor's advice.
