Once you reached your ideal body weight your body will try to maintain it, here you didn't mentioned your height so I don't know you are in your ideal weight or not. Normally through exercise and proper food intake you can maintain your weight in a healthier way. First you have to make a proper plan for your normal day, like according to your convenience set proper timing for your food intake and exercise. Next plan is what you are going to eat and how you are going to do exercise, If there, for a time period avoid the intake of alcohol, soft drinks, deep fried items, sweets and pastries. At a time if you are taking more calories that will make you fat, eg: with lunch if you are taking soft drinks or juices or with break fast if you are taking tea or coffee, You can have that tea, coffee or juices in between your main meals like mid morning, evening. Maintain 2 to 2.5 hours gap between your each meals including your mid morning and evening snacks. With your each cereal intake include vegetables as a form of curry, subji, salad etc. With your diet don't stick with a particular vegetable and fruits, try to include all different colored vegetables and fruits. Include fruits in mid morning or evening. Start with low grade exercises about 20 min and gradually increase up to one hour. Take at least 3 liter of water. What I said all are general instructions, Customized plan only possible after getting your complete details.

Mr. lybrate-user , You have mentioned about the drugs being taken for diabetes, but no dosage. There is no mention about fasting, PP glucose level and HbA1c%, so it is not clear whether diabetes is well controlled at all. At your age it is very essential to achieve a very strict blood glucose control with fasting closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c%<6.8. If not then you are inviting long term complications of diabetes much early. As regards dietary advice, unless all the details are known, it is difficult to suggest a specific diet. However, please avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, bakery items, sweetened aerated drinks, sweet corn syrup containing products and food stuff made up of maida. Avoid alcohol and smoking completely. As regards lifestyle regular one hour exercise a day is most important. Brisk walking is good enough. But if you can jog or run please do. Thanks.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Me gym jata hu workout bhi acha karta hu or protien bhi diet bhi ache se leta hu but mera weight gain hone me bht problm aati h. Ye prblm mujhe shuru se hi h. To 1 saal pehle mene kuch pills li thi cadila ki to usse mera weight bhi kafi gain ho gya tha or sex power bhi. But jb mene wo pills lena chhod diya to weight wapas loose ho gya or sex power bhi. No home remedies. Lemon baking soda might abrade your teeth and make them sensitive. See a dentist. Get cleaning done. 30 mins procedure.

Hi Lybrate user for the problem of big pores, you could apply retinoid creams but only under supervision of a dermatologist. You could also get chemical peeling or laser treatment done for the same. Hope this helps.

For hair fall solution, we have to stop causative factors like improper diet acidity & gas more exposure to sun spicey sour n salty food to much curd day sleep lack of vitamins & other nutrients anger & stress due to previous illness etc. 1st try to avoid these factors use cow ghee & milk in diet avoid sour buttermilk & curd use trichup shampoos & medicated oil avoid direct sun & air take proper diet we generally start 3 treatment together 1. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Well, if your anxiety is overwhelming (which it seems from your phrasing the question & your medicine Melzap-MD 0.25 mg) you will need a combined approach of medicines & lifestyle changes. First is deliberately put yourself in way of your FEARS Second keep a diary & make a list of all your fears. Grade these fears 1-10 (1 being highest & 10 being lowest) Third, go to a Psychiatrist & keep discussing your progress in conquering this fear hierarchy/fear list. He/she can give you valuable inputs/modifications/suggestions to make your progress easier & faster. Lastly with suggestion of Psychiatrist, take regular course of medications to hasten your recovery. All the Best.

You should have 72 kg with your height.(1) eat high calorie high protein foods like almond, peanuts, butter, cottage cheese, mushrooms, lean chicken, fish, eggs etc.(2) take food in big amount (3) eat more often (4) drink milk or milk shake (5) eat bananas 3-4pcs/day (6) add cream with tea/coffee/milk (7) eat more vegetables. Whole grains, fruits etc (8) no water before or during meals (9) drink water 3-4lit/day (10) stay but not with foods, be stress free and take quality sleep. These are simple things but will be helpful.
