Lose at least 5 Kg. Exercise daily for at least 1/2 hr (brisk walk/yoga) Drink 3 litres water daily Take stairs instead of lift & walk instead of hiring a transport Cut down on junk/processed/ready to eat/outside/fried/sugary foods, soft, hard & energy drinks, glucose. Replace simple carbs-potato, sugar, refined grains (maida, noodles, biscuit, cake, white rice, white bread) with complex carbs- whole fruits, vegetables, whole legumes (soyabean, rajma, peas, sprouts), whole grains (brown rice, atta bread, dalia, suji, atta, bajra, oats, barley, jowar)

Generally fatty liver reverses on its own. If doesn't, it may deteriorate further. Some herbal medicine may help control it. No direct sex life interference but overall health deterioration may hamper sex performance. Good that you have quit smoking.

How to increase concentration power and bodyweight by doing exercises and physical activity?
Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.

Hello, Dengue fever is a virus-caused disease that is spread by the bite of mosquitoes (Aedes-aegypti). This is also known as Break bone fever. The dengue fever has a sudden onset and symptoms may include: * fever for 3 to 7 days * intense headache and pain behind the eyes * muscle and joint pain * loss of appetite * vomiting and diarrhoea * skin rash * bleeding, usually from the nose or gums. ****Prevent yourself from mosquito bite is the best way of prevention**** Prevention of dengue:-Take a homoeopathic medicine Eupatorium perf 200, 5 drops ,twice daily for 3 days. If you find any of these symptoms then please get a blood test done for Dengue. Take plenty of liquids .

It cold be sciatica pain. I would advice you to go to a physiotherapist and get it evaluated. No harm in taking Dr. Rekenwig medicine but do go to a physiotherapist asap.

1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation... 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week.

Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. Hormonal changes from monthly menstruation can trigger cysts/ fibroids as well as transient inflammation/ swelling of the breasts. However, breast cysts are usually benign. Usually, before the onset of menses, the breast tissue with the larger breast often tends to swell with some amount of tenderness/ pain. But, this is often temporary and resolves automatically. Nevertheless, to be on a safer side, I would advise you to get this clinically examined by your OB/ GYN right away and not delay any further. You may have to undergo the relevant diagnostics, including a mammography and then biopsy as appropriate, to understand the exact nature of the same and treatment advised apropos. Should the pain be unbearable, you may apply an alternating heat and cold treatment for couple of minutes that may alleviate pain. You can take 'Amla Churna' (Patanjali) & 'Bael Churna (Patanjali- 1/2 tsp each with warm water, preferably before lunch daily for next 1 month. Simultaneously, keep your diet and lifestyle streamlined, you can take tomato soup to which fresh herbs like garlic, turmeric, black pepper, ginger, coriander leaves and oregano has been added, once daily. Apart from the above-mentioned, have a streamlined lifestyle with due emphasis on regular exercise, stress reduction and relaxation. Consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. Especially, vegetables & fruits rich in carotenoids, vitamin C & vitamin B12 are known to help in this condition. Also, apples, broccoli, and cabbage contain glucaric acid which is closely similar to calcium D-glucarate that helps clearing out toxins and excess hormones out of the body that is likely to increase the risk of hormone dependent growths and also cancers of the breast. Try avoiding tea, coffee, carbonated soft drinks, dairy products including chocolates, alcohol, greasy, sugary and other high calorie food stuff including fast foods etc all. Green tea is an exception though. Stay well hydrated and have at least 8 - 10 glasses of clear fluids through out the day. I am 27 years old and am witnessing my hair turn white very steadily in last 12 months. Prior to this, I did not have any white hair and I know this for sure because I keep my hair very short and can see every single of my white hair ! What should I do ? Premature greying usually is hereditary or due to stress and vitamin deficiencies esp calcium pantothenate deficiency.. Food Rich in protein like soy, lentils, sprouts, meats, liver, eggs along with biotin and selenium rich food like carrots, salmon, sardines, nuts cauliflower induce good hair growth as well as prevent further premature greying. Firstly, you need to consult a gynac and et your polycystic ovaries sorted. There's definitely a treatment for that. Next, you must start workouts and healthy nutrition/diet so that you can be in a better shape. Third, you need to self-educate yourself that criticisms are not etched on your forehead. They're merely an opinion of others-you don't have to necessarily buy it! You can hear them but not "listen" to them. You are your best judge; nobody else so it shouldn't matter what others say. Stop being in this helpless situation which you have created for yourself- work on your weak spots and become a strong girl! If you eat healthy, lose weight, groom well and carry yourself confidently; what makes you say you won't find a suitable man?

Follow health advises given below: Measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Get CBC checked and review with reports consult physician/me for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

To reduce triglycerides & ldl, you should take more fruits, veg, green tea, sprouts, whole legumes and cereals etc. Better you should schedule an appointment where I will do your nutritional health assessment with a machine, make you understand your readings, will take your diet history, explain you what you can do to achieve your health goal, improving & customising your existing diet & deal with the deficiencies. Hello. Use bengel acra gel 2.5% at night as little amount as possible on the chest for 3 weeks. Please stop betnovate and never apply it again. If no satisfactory response, see a dermatologist in your locality for proper assessment.

Soaps vil dry out your skin, so they r an absolute no. No vigorous rubbing of skin on face or body. Before bath, oil body with any oil be it coconut, olive. Use a soap free body wash or a dermatologically tested medical soap. After bath, pat dry within three minutes and apply moisturiser. Include dry fruits like almond, walnuts, figs, groundnuts. Have plenty of salmon, mackerel and sardine. Drink two litres of water. Have roasted flaxseeds. Avoid alcohol and aerated drinks or they vil dehydrate you more.

1.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 2.Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. 3.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 4.Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning. 5.Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cumin on a sliced banana. Eat at night regularly. 6.Do deep breathing for 5 min after every hour. 7.Practice shavasana 5 min before sleep. 8.Take 1 tab amarsundari tab twice daily.
