Hello lybrate-user for weight loss no need to join any jim by itself you can get it. First try to take diet on fix time daily and take more time while eating like 20minutes in one time meal. Reduce dose of food less chapati etc. Avoid water taking just after food. Avoid all maida items. Fried food. Sweets. Cakes. Colddrinks. Fast food. Butter. Creams etc. Avoid all adictions eg. Alcohal if taking. Nonveg also avoid. Take more of vegetable. Salads. Fruits. Etc. Do yoga, excersise one hour daily. Take one glass hot water with two spoon honey mix in it. Avoid to sleep after 7am. Avoid day time sleep. In medicines you can take arogyavardhini vati 2-2tablet and medoharvidangadi loha guggul tablet two two after food with warm water. Also take trifla churna one tsf at bed time daily. Plan monthly targets to reduce 3-4kg weight. It will help you a lot.

You should do warm water saline gargles three four times a day and take steam inhalation regularly daily particularly when you have this problem and can take tab cetrizine twice a day as and when required.

Basic things which are necessary for Diabetes Person. Diabetes is around 350-400, which is not coming down.
Mr. Lybrate-user the blood sugar levels mentioned are very high, need to be urgently brought closer to normal with appropriate treatment. It appears present treatment is not at all helping. Leaving sugar levels so high is an invitation to ; ong term complications of diabetes - like retinopathy and blindness, kidney damage, neuropathy, problems with lower limb blood supply and ulceration etc. As regards your question on" basic things necessary for a person with diabetes" it is rather unclear what exactly you are looking for. Still following few things I am giving which one needs to do. 1) take prescribed medications properly without missinga dose. 2) aim at achieving fasting level of 100 mg and pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% <7.3) 3) exercise regularly for at least 1 hour a day, to maintain normal weight and spend extra glucose. 4) avoid sweets, sugar and gur, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, sweetened aerated drinks, fructose corn syrup containing products. 5) avoid alcohol and smoking. 6) keep a track of blood sugar and hba1c% regularly. 7) get eyes checked for ruling out retinal involvement. As mentioned above you need to bring sugar levels much lower. May be treatment change is needed.

Premature ejaculation" is a" very common" and" easily manageable" issue. Premature ejaculation is diagnosed if time is less than 1 minute. Generally in 1-2 minutes a man /women don't feel sexually satisfied. Hence the concern. Due to lack of proper guidance and ignorance, this issue does not get resolved easily. It is very easily treated by following measures: 1). Proper counselling 2). Exercises / techniques 3). Ayurvedic medicines (there is no treatment for" premature ejaculation" in modern system). It can be treated in 4-6 weeks with an experience in this area.
