It is just a fungal infection. Apply clotrimazole ointment on that area. Avoid wearing tight innerwear. Dry the area after bath.

How to remove black spots under eyes, give reasonable information and it should be natural.
Hi …. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals… 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal… 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 4) try to sleep upto 10-11 pm. 5) avoid coffee and tea…. A) apply paste of nutmeg and milk on dark circles with gentle massage. Leave it for 10-20 minutes. After it wash face with lukewarm water. Do this two times in a day. B) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals. C) take 30 ml juice of Indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach. D) take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals …. Do all these things for 21 days…it gives you good result. THANKS.

Hii,
There are many black spots appeared in my face because of CHICKENPOX (VARICELLA. So any suggestions.
It is natural that after any inflammation, it leaves post inflammatiory hyper pigmentation. This can be tackled by medicine & creams. However chicken pox leaves deeper scars which needs dermaroller or fractonal Co2 Laser or radio frequency treatment.

I have ichthyosis vulgaris since childhood. Which now looks like x-linked after applying lot of lotions with mild steroids. I know there is no cure. But how should I make it normal. The most important thing is during summer (March to September) I used to have clear skin like any normal person without doing much of applying ointment. From September it used to start and become worst till december. Cracks and scales everywhere on body. Now I have moved to pune city where winter is not that harsh and I am working in an office where AC is always on so none of the medication is giving me results. Please advice what medication can make my skin better like a normal person.

I am suffering from rashes and it is spreading all over my body what should I do.
Rashes on skin are mostly caused due to allergy or called hypersensitivity. It may caused by some special food items or cloth fabrics. * you are advised to please check the clothes you are wearing. Avoid all types of synthetic cloths like nylon & use only cotton clothes to avoid rashes. * avoid peanuts, jaggery (gur), garlic, tila, cashew, pista, dates, spices, curd, egg, chicken, alcohol because these food increase the internal heat of body which may also cause redness of skin & appearance of reddish spots, itching & burning. * apply calamine lotion on sites of rashes to get relief from itching & burning. * drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday. * practice sheetali pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes.
