1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% fat, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /8-10 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Avoid smoking, consumption of tobacco and Alcohol 9. Get your Hemoglobin examined and consult doctor for a detail physical check up.

The cause of white spots are * loss of pigmentation * fungal infection * loss of upper skin due to dryness to treat the white spots- * apply coconut or mustard oil on th effected parts once a day specially in the evening. * crush 15-20 leaves of neem and put them in a bucket of luke warm water for 15 minutes & take bath with this water. * take a glass of milk added with a teaspoon of protien powder once a day. * sit for atleast 5-8 minutes in sun in the morning or evening. * apply the paste of aloe vera & turmeric powder on the effected parts of body 2 times a week for 15-20 minutes.

Hi here I mention few simple things which gives you good result in a short period, 1) avoid coffee and tea, 2) try to sleep prior to 10.30 pm, 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods, a) take 30 ml of rubyclin liquid before meals and 2-2 tablets of roupyayukta-tapyadi-loha and panchtikta-ghruta-guggul vati after meals do all these things for 15 days. . Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hello lybrate-user, hair loss, now-a-days, is common among males and females of all age groups. We all lose some hair strands everyday, however, some people lose more than normal strands in a day that can cause severe hair loss. Hair loss is mostly genetic, so if hair loss runs in your family, you are most likely to suffer from hair loss too. Hair loss happens either in clumps, that is overall hair loss, or focussed on any one part of head - especially the crown. While genetics play a big role, some additional factors can aggravate hair loss - hormonal imbalance, alopecia areata, stress, thyroid disease, anemia, protein deficiency, chemotherapy, and low vitamin levels may cause hair loss in you. Start by following a good diet - eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin c, zinc and vitamin b are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Exercise daily to keep yourself healthy inside out. Next important step is to follow good hair care - oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using eggs, green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry, thyme, chamomile etc. Condition your hair using organic apple cider vinegar, rosemary tea once in awhile. A good dermatologist can successfully reduce hair fall by conducting some tests beforehand that includes blood tests, iron level, vitamin b, thyroid function tests and a biopsy of the scalp. Since some hair loss is temporary, your hair will grow back on its own without medical treatment. More serious hair loss can be treated with creams, oral drugs and surgery. Dermatologist can give your head a fuller appearance with the help of hair transplants and scalp reductions, which is successful both in males and females. To determine the best technique for your hair loss issue, consult a good dermatologist.

For pimples apply Faceclin gel twice daily over the affected area. For marks apply Photoscreen Depigment cream once weekly at night (very little over marks only). Rejuglow face wash/Episoft OC cleanser wash face 2-3 times in a day. Tab.Limcee 500 mg once daily for one month. Tab.Ascazin twice daily for one month. Combination peels to clear face

If you are feeling fresh with 4-5 hours of sleep and even your blood levels are within normal range, then nothing to worry. 1) you can do certain breathing exercise like anulom-vilom, pranayama, kapal bhaati. 2) go for a regular walk.

Hi, asthma is thought to be caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Medication: bronchitis/ asthma can be treated well with homoeopathic medicines completely, only need to be regular with the medication and avoid those foods/ things to which you are allergic to for sometime. Keep taking your already on going medication, reduce it gradually and slowly once homoeopathic starts acting. Take bakson's astha-aid drops/ 10-15 drops in 1/2 cup water/ thrice d day for 1 month. Report me back after a month.

My ssuggestion for you is Homoeopathic treatment as it is safe nd free from any side effects and being a homoeopath I can assure you that you will be free from this problem although it can take some time as natural removal of facial hairs in young girls is time consuming..Please dont go for any laser or hormonal treatment as your problem is already due to hormonal imbalance.I want to knw the history of your problem,when nd how your facial hairs started increasing,about your Menstrual history nd what all medicines have you taken for this.

Follow periods paricharya during period days avoid heavy food heavy work bathing travelling exercise during period days 1/2 strength exercise in morning will be beneficial for extra fat loss take basti panchakarma treatment for kideney stone and pcod eat fresh home made locally suitable easily digestable food avoid basi food freeze stored food western food like pizza pasta burger etc consult privetly for more details by providing detail histroy.
