If you are having fever and weakness, follow the advice given below Take one tablet of crocin 500mg sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets a day 1.Check your Hemoglobin, . 2. Avoid stress, anxiety,severe physical and mental exertion 3. Take adequate rest and sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy 4. Have good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits etc 5.Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily) 6. Take one capsule of Revital daily after breakfast 6. consult me for further advice

Hi You might be suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome with constipation. Pain in abdomen, Bloating, constipation are the symptoms of IBS. What is bipolar? What's the clinical definition? If there is not one why is this Dr. quote on quote treating" bipolar"no explanation was given when he prescribed latuda.

Bipolar disorder was earlier called as Manic Depressive psychosis. It's a major illness that needs medical management by an expert. ICD 10 F31 is the international classification of this disorder. People who are in the high phase lose insight. Meaning they don't know their behavior is different and far away from normal. They feel on the top of the world. Who wants medication in such a high feeling? It is the close relatives who can tell unmistakably about the altered behavior. Sleep is reduced. Speaking and flow of thoughts increases in the hypomania phase and it is common to find that the person revolts against medication. The same person when in depression feels opposite. Dull and lethargic he lacks enthusiasm and zest in life's activities. In the depression phase he is willing to take medicines, which he rebels against in the high phase. What is the problem develop from the drinking of more hardness water in daily routine? My digestive system becomes poor so what can I do?

Yes this is due to lsck of certain vitamin and minerals in the hardbwater. Like calcium magnesium which is present in soft water. Which helps dig estion.

My mother has been suffering from cough and cold for a couple of days, due to the cold winter. She is has got phlegm in nose and throat, which is not coming out clearly and she is requiring nasal drops at night for blocked nose. Other symptoms include sneezing occasionally, but nasal dripping is what she is having constantly.

लहुसन:- कच्चे लहसुन की 2-3 कलियो का प्रतिदिन सेवन करना यौन-शाक्ति बढ़ाने का बेहतरीन घरेलु उपचार है।



प्याज:- लहसुन के बाद प्याज एक और कारगर उपाय है। सफेद कच्चे प्याज का प्रयोग अपने नित्य आहार मे करें।



काले चने:- काले-चने से बने खाद्य-पदार्थ जैसे डोसा आदि का हफ्ते मे 2-3 बार प्रयोग काफी लाभकारी होता है।

भिंडी:- प्राचीन भारतीय साहित्य के अनुसार 5-10 ग्राम भिंडी की ज़ड के पाउडर को एक गिलास दूध तथा दो चम्मच मिश्री मे मिलाकर नित्य सेवन करने से आपकी यौन-शक्ति कभी कम नही प़डेगी।



सफे द मूसली:- यूनानी चिकित्सा के अनुसार सफेद मूसली का प्रयोग भी बेहद लाभदायक होता है। 15 ग्राम सफेद मूसली को एक कप दूध मे उबालकर दिन मे दो बार पीने से यौन-शक्ति बढ़ती है।



सहजन:- 15 ग्राम सहजन के फूलो को 250 मिली दूध मे उबालकर सूप बनाए। यौन-टौनिक के रूप मे इसका सेवन करे।



अदरक:- आधा चम्मच अदरक का रस, एक चम्मच शहद तथा एक उबले हुए अंडे का आधा हिस्सा, सभी को मिलकार मिश्रण बनाए प्रतिदिन रात को सोने से पहले एक महीने तक सेवन करे।



खजूद:- बादाम, पिस्ता खजूर तथा श्रीफल के बीजो को बराबर मात्रा मे लेकर मिश्रण बनाए। प्रतिदिन 100 ग्राम सेवन करे।



किशमिश:- 30 ग्राम किशमिश को गुनगुने पानी मे धोए, 200 मिली दूध मे उबाले तथा दिन मे तीन बार सेवन करे। ध्यान रखिए की प्रत्येक बार ताजा मिश्रण तैयार करे। धीरे धीरे 30 ग्राम किशमिश की मात्रा को 50 ग्राम तक करें।



ताजे फलो का सेवन:- यौन-शक्ति कमजोरी से पीडित रोगियो को शुरू में 5-5 घंटे के अंतराल से विशेष रूप से ताजा फलो का आधार लेना चाहिए उसके बाद वह पुन: अपनी नियमित खुराक धीरे-धीरे प्रारंभ कर सकते है। रोगी को धूम्रपान , शराब चाय तथा कॉफी के सेवन से बचना चाहिए, और विशेष रूप से सफेद चीनी तथा मैदे या उनसे बने उत्पादो का परहेज करना चाहिए।

get his chest xray done first to rule out lung infection treatment depends on the xray scan report ask him to drink plenty of water throughout the day as tilling/marble work causes lots of dryness in the airways

1.Little bit of bending to one side upto 25 degree is considered normal. So don't worry 2. If the bending is more and it is associated with painful erection, it is due to thickening of fibrous tissue on one side as in Peyronie's disease and may need surgery. 3.you may consult urologist for advice.

Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food. You may also include these noted foods that are good for your brain health: Brain-Friendly Foods MIND stands for Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay. But the MIND approach “specifically includes foods and nutrients that medical literature and data show to be good for the brain, such as berries,” says Martha Clare Morris, ScD, director of nutrition and nutritional epidemiology at Rush University Medical Center. You eat things from these 10 food groups: •Green leafy vegetables (like spinach and salad greens): At least six servings a week •Other vegetables: At least one a day •Nuts: Five servings a week •Berries: Two or more servings a week •Beans: At least three servings a week •Whole grains: Three or more servings a day •Fish: Once a week •Poultry (like chicken or turkey): Two times a week •Olive oil: Use it as your main cooking oil. •Wine: One glass a day You avoid: •Red meat: Less than four servings a week •Butter and margarine: Less than a tablespoon daily •Cheese: Less than one serving a week •Pastries and sweets: Less than five servings a week •Fried or fast food: Less than one serving a week.

Hi, please follow these tips: don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 pm, take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch tv till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room. Take tab. Crocin sos to relieve headache.
