Wash your face (or other affected skin) gently one or two times a day. Do not squeeze pimples, because that often leads to infections, worse acne and scars. Use a moisturizer to keep your skin from drying out. Berb aq cream 2 times for 15 days and revert back for further treatment for complete cure.

1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. 4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. 5. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 6. Do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain. 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water.

U can use home made scrub. The composition is following: coarse wheat flour 2 teaspoons + turmeric powder + milk+ lemon juice apply on your back twice a week. The old scars and spots will fad away. Avoid spicy food oil. Have clear bowels. Drink water plenty.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Hi, use five teaspoons of turmeric powder and blend it together with 250 ml of mustard oil. Use this paste on the patch two times a day. Use it over six months for good results. Also I recommend you to see a good dermatologist.

1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

You need to see a fertility specialist. Ideally if you have regular periods and have had 1 years of active married life, You need to see a fertility expert and one lapro is a good option as the uterus and tubes can also be checked and you can get rid of both the cysts. If the cysts are endometriotic on laparoscopy you have to remember that they can come again and so --with some help try to concieve as soon as possible after the surgery.

Wheatgrass juice is one of the most effective remedies against hair fall. It is known to decrease the shedding tendency of hair within a few weeks of regular intake. Aloe vera juice has a similar effect. However, aloe gel can be applied to the scalp too. This is helpful for preventing hair loss due to irritated, dry or infected scalp. After massaging the head with aloe gel, wash the hair with lukewarm water. This can be done twice, every week.

I am suffering from some bowel movement problems. Its very hard to go to bathroom. I am getting some pain during bowelmovement. And last two times I got some blood in my stool. Hello,take homeopathic medicine Weisbaden 200 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 15 days and revert. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep.

Hello Lybrate user according to Ayurveda Vata vikriti is the main factor for pain. Treatment- 1-apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation. 2-take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. 3-Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Diet- Avoid fermented food. Junk food. Potato rice. Sleep well.

First thing is to stop junk food, mirchi, masala food etc. Without that it will be very difficult for you to regular bowels. Take timely meals and include salads that is raw vegetables with each meal. Have regular physical activity like walking for a distance of 6 kms every day in the morning and doing yoga exercises in the evening. Take plenty of water i.e. 2.5 - 3 litres of water in a day. If you are student you can have physical movement like walking, strolling in between your classes. If you are working donot be chair bound for long duration, move about once in an hour like going to washroom/to fetch water etc. Depending on your day life you evolve a method/cause for the movements. You have to regularly and meticulously follow the above guidance otherwise you will face lot of trouble. Your target should be to bring down your weight to 40 kgs as per your height. Donot fast, its more harmful. Have small frequent meals. Good luck.

Keeping track of your cycle probably doesn't sound that interesting or important, but you can get a lot of benefit by doing that.   1. Know about your body: Getting your period every 28 days has always been considered normal, but only 15% of women get their periods on the clock. Many factors such as stress, illness, exercise etc. can cause your period to delay. This is where tracking your cycle can help you finding the pattern that is specific to your body condition. During your cycle there are lots of changes happening in your body. The hormones cause a change in the fluid produced from your cervix and also lead the basal temperature of your body to increase. Bleeding gums are an indication of gum disease, broken fillings, etc, and may lead to painful, loose teeth if left untreated. 1. Maintain good oral hygiene. 2. Brush regularly, at least twice daily. 3. Get scaling and polishing of teeth done every six months. 4. You may also get checkup done by dentist once on six months, for healthy teeth and gums. Treat the cause of the problem as soon as possible to avoid further damage to teeth and gums.
