Hi, back pain at your age is generally postural. Please ensure that you are sitting erect I office as well as home. We generally notice a slouch when the person is working on the computer, doing a desk job, or watching tv. If it still persists, get a vitamin d 3 levels checked. If fine, consult a orthopaed or homoeo doc.

I am 17 years old male I have pain in my neck for two months and every time I go to the doctor they only give painkillers which are not effective.

Neck pain occurs due to wrong posture or due to strain on your neck muscle. Check your posture, do not bend your neck excessively and when you work on your laptop or computer after half hour of working move your neck slowly in clockwise and anticlockwise direction. * do neck massage with lukewarm mustard oil. * do not take pillow of high hight during sleeping or avoid to take pillow. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

What is the concept of panchakarma treatment in case of prolapsed intervertebral disc grade 1 on cervical spine position 5-6. And lumbar spine L4-l5. I have tried physiotherapy. It gives temporary relief and the moment I start my exercise for core muscles the pain gets aggravated. Please urgently help. My pain is not going only.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Use lumber spine belt. 3. Spinal Decompression treatment is best treatment for Disc problem. 4. Don't sit on floor. 5. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 6. Don't lift heavy things. 7. Take calcium, vitamin D and methylcobalmine supplement.

Most of us have a neck pain in their lives.It is a common problem many of us felt it.

Neck pain, although felt in the neck, can be caused by numerous other spinal problems.
Neck pain may arise due to muscular tightness in both the he neck and upper back, or pinching of the nerves emanating from the cervical vertebrae.
Joint disruption in the neck creates pain, as does joint disruption in the upper back.

Understanding what condition you have and what you can do to help reduce your symptoms is half the battle.
We will provide you with advice and education on exercises for neck pain aimed at reducing the likelihood of it recurring while giving you tips on how best to reduce pain on a day to day basis.
This usually means working with a few home exercises to help compliment your sessions with the physiotherapist. By the time your sessions have come to an end you should feel, if not pain free already, that you are able to manage your condition while working towards a sustainable pain.

Symptoms

Neck Pain can often be associated with neck stiffness, pins and needles in the arm, shoulder stiffness and related pain in the shoulder blade, head, arm, wrist and hand. It can be caused by a sprained ligament, pressure on a disc or a muscle strain or spasm. It can often be a result of poor postural habits at work, whiplash post road traffic accident, strains while playing sports or stress related incidents in one?s life.

I think your posture is not good. You shoud try to meet a good orthopaedic physiotherapist and learn how to sit, stand, walk, picking up objects, getting up from bed, try to understand lower back and core muscle strengthening exercises.

Sir, My father is suffering from HYPERURICEMIA and Kidney problem. His age is 58 years. His treatment is running since 3 years. 1 year before his creatinine was 2.5mg/dl and uric acid level was 11.8mg/dl. They are taking their medicines and last week report is his creatinine is 1.5mg/dl and his uric acid level is 1.9mg/dl. I would suggest you to take herbal medicine support parallel to your current regime, to infuse strength and immunity in your body. However medicines of both systems need some gap and carefully selected herbals will not interact with current medicine. If you agree may consult further.

In established cases of rheumatoid arthritis dmrd (disease modifying drugs) e. G. Methotraxate, hcqs, lefunomide, saaz etc. Have to be used. They all are toxic drugs & can cause bone marrow depression along with other side effects. They should be taken under medical supervision. Some times steroids may have to used. Kindly adjust the dose to minimum required, to control your symptoms. Have your tests done periodically to rule out any side effects. Kindly show me x rays of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.

Hello do proper rest & do hot fomentation for 15-20 min thrice in a day. Learn strengthening & stretching exercises from physiotherapist. This will help in reducing the pain. Thanks.

I had twisted my left 3 days back n now my leg is hurting n even both my heels. I am getting temperature. I hv shown it to a doc where he has given me 2 day course. By taking rest sleeping continuously I hv got body ache. I don't hv vomiting nor loose motion.

4 Easy Exercises for Aches And Pains

Taking into account the hectic lifestyle we lead, most of us end up suffering from aches and pains. But that does not mean we have to continue to suffer from them. There are plenty of easy exercises that one can follow in order to keep themselves healthy and problem free!

In order to avoid aches and pains, the first thing that a person needs to do is

  1. Practise hamstring stretches regularly: What this entails is that he or she needs to lie on the back, raise a leg and hold the back of it with both hands. While it may be called the hamstring stretch and one would probably normally think that the beneficial impact of doing it would be limited to the hamstring, it works quite a bit of special magic which has an ability to ease the pain in the lower back. Now, for an exercise which is so simple, is it not worth it?
  2. Side Stretch: Talking about stretches, another form of a stretch happens to be the side stretch. Even this is rather simple and all that needs to be done is to lie on one’s side and pull the ankle of the leg which is not in contact with the ground towards the back. While this is being done, the ankle of the lower leg should apply pressure on the thigh.
  3. Straight leg raise: It may seem that most of the exercises which reduce pain are stretches! However, this is not really the case as there is a place for exercises such as the straight leg raise and the like. What exactly is the straight leg raise? Well, it can be done when a person is either in a sitting position or is lying on his or her back. The toes are to be kept pointed upwards and the leg is to be raised. It is to be kept in mind that the challenge of the straight leg raise is that the knee should not be bent, at all.
  4. The cat and camel exercise: The terms cat and camel generally refer to members of the animal kingdom. However, jointly, in terms of exercises, the cat and camel is an exercise well worth remembering as it can save the individual quite a lot of pain. All that needs to be done is to alternatively arch one’s back towards the floor and the ceiling while resting on one’s hands and knees.

While our way of living may come with certain side-effects, but it would not be right to say that we are helpless. I had typhoid twice this year. Now I dont have fever, but my body is not supporting. I have pain in my bones, joint, belly pain, tension, also chakkar and behoshi. U need to boost your immunity. For that you should take good liquid and nutritious diet. Avoid over exertion and take proper rest at night. Avoid spicy oily and junk food. It could be manifestation of peripheral neuropathy. It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform
