Minor clicking sounds r common with many individuals. You need to visit an oral n maxillofacial surgeon to get your joint evaluated to know if your degree of clicking is a matter of concern. Meanwhile avoid opening your mouth too much n also control your mouth opening while yawning n support your lower jaws with your palms. Take care.

Observe the following to improve your digestive system---*Diet –Avoid fried, spicy and sour foods. *Maintain food timings-neither stomach should be empty nor heavy, frequent small helpings may be ok. *Prefer – whole grains, milk, curd, greens, fruits and such items which suit you. *Have timely and adequate sleep. *. Don't worry further follow some tips 1- leave masturbation if do 2- do not watch pron movies. 3- take nutritious and healthy diet 4- avoid fast food, spicy,and oily food. 5- may take ayurvedic medicine for strengthening your sexual strength to a grater level. 6- do abdominal crunches, leg raises ,push ups 20 nos each and yoga. 7- add up salad as staple in your food.

Dear Lybrateuser, -Since you have a family history of heart disease you should follow dietary precautions & do regular exercise -have more of fibre as in fruits & vegetables, beans, whole grains, whole wheat, brown rice, oats, low fat milk & milk products, lean meats, seafood, skinless chicken, nuts, almonds, walnuts pistachios, cashews ,flax & sesame seeds, avoid fried, processed & junk food -restrict intake of salt, sugar -do aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, swimming for 30 min, also do yoga, meditation to keep stress levels low, deep breathing for 5-10 min in the morning -sleep well for 7-8 hrs in the night, keep sleep & wake up time fixed -get regular checkup done at least once a year for BP, sugar, cholesterol -keep weight in check. -

Home remedies- 1. Mix equal quantities of saffron, turmeric, neem, red sandalwood, tulsi, and multani mitti with buttermilk or milk and make a paste of it. Apply twice a day. 2. Apply a paste of fresh fenugreek leaves and wash off with warm water before going to bed is good for removing scars of old pimples. 3. Apply a mixture of carrot juice and pineapple juice to skin twice a week. This also adds shine to your skin. Note: eat salad 1hr before lunch and 1hr before dinner. Minimise sugar consumption (especially chocolates, sweets, sugar in tea). Start using a herbal shampoo and kallonji oil. Avoid washing your face with soaps. Use fresh aloe vera twice a day. Cleanse your face with lemon peels. Increase intake of water to about 3-4litres per day, and take coconut water. Yogasanas- sarvangasana, vajrasana, shavasana, anulom-vilom pranayam. Do meditation.

If you have reduction in opening the mouth, it could be due to sub mucus fibrosis because of your tobacco consumption. Get your mouth examined by surgeon and follow the advice and treatment accordingly.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6.audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Take 2-tab. Charcol at night before bed. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night.This can help cure in constipation. take green veg., salaad in meal.grapes at night,one apple daily in morning. Banana in morning, juice,whole grain ,oats,more fiber meal,digestive foods, plenty of water during day and 1 glass of water before meal, avoid bad habits...stress ,alcohol, smoking, non-veg.,avoid fatty meal,oily foods. To confirm cause of constipation go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s,lft,blood sugar,cbc,usg whole abdomen ,x ray barium meal for examination for rectum,sigmoid, best tests is endoscopy for large intestine . Do not eat papaya if you diabetic. go for walk daily in morning.

Male concern about whether penile size lives up to the desires of females seems to be Largely misplaced.. Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. There is no proven scientific method to increase size, girth or grip of penis although many false claims have been propagated by advertisements. The size is determined by an individual’s genetic build and length actually has no relation with sexual pleasure or satisfaction as many wrongly believe. No, rather sex is a good form of exercise. You will not be able to continue gym after you grow much older but regular walking and regular/occasional will keep you fit physically and mentally.

You have not mentioned details of your headache or body pain. You can follow these tips to get some relief. 1. Maintain regular sleep wake cycle, even on holiday's. 2. Don't skip meals. Take regular healthy diet with adequate fluids 3. Do not consume excess caffeine / carbohydrates / alcohol or smoke. 4. Exercise daily ( aerobics and cardiovascular) 5. Identify your headache trigger and try to avoid it. 6. Take calcium and vitamin D supplement. 7. You can over the counter available painkillers like paracetamol for relief. You should consult with details of your problem in order to reach a diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

1. Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2. It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3. Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Etc 4. Consult sexologist for further advice.

Not getting good sleep.

1.Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2.Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 5. Take 2 tab stresswin at night with milk for 5 days ONLY. 6. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 7.Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep.switch off lights at 11:00 pm. 8. Sleep in total dark room. 9.Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. Add ½ teaspoonful of sugar to it and have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood. 10.Do yoga daily 30 min n shavasana daily 5 min before sleep.... Do deep breathing for 2-3 min after every 1 hr....
