Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Since it is 2nd trimester, by the time of delivery, weather shall be quite hot in amritsar too. Soft pure cotton clothes and nappies to wear. This is my personal opinion based on my experience.

Hello, drink home made carrot juice twice a day / vegetable soup / dish of salad use akne aid soap or sandal soap aloevera calendula cream apply 3/4 times a day avoid oily n spicy foods take 1 tsp triphala churan with semi hot water at bed time stay healthy.

How to prevent Heart Disease

Good morning ladies and gentlemen. I am Dr. JS Khatri and I am a non-material cardiologist and practicing in Gurgaon, Palam vihar. Today I would like to aware you people or the whole population of India or the world about the preventable heart disease among which coronary artery disease which is called extremist heart disease is a very important cause of death all over the world.

 What is actually coronary heart disease and extremist heart disease?

 - So coronary heart disease is a disease of the corollary which supplies blood to the heart and eventually causes ischaemia which leads Death all over the world.

So what could be the risk factor?

- The important risk factor which causes heart diseases are categorized in two ways

  • Modifiable risk factors
  • Non modifiable Risk factor.

See among the modifiable risk factors we have to see that like age l, sex ethnicity and genetics which we cannot modify. I hope you understand age ethnicity like black niggeros they are more prone to heart disease. They are twice prone to the heart diseases as to the whites and we Asian races.

Now among the non-modifiable risk factor which encounters more on daily basis in our daily to life are most importantly is diabetes.

Second is smoking, third hypertension, fourth cholesterol, fifth stress factors, five lifestyle-sedentary lifestyle. So what we can change in our day-to-day activities is very important. Like the person who's having sedentary lifestyle, who does not do any physical work and have sitting job and doesn't do anything whole day has more tendency to have blood pressures and regarding diseases are preventable in such a factor. We can check our cholesterol or diabetes like our blood sugar and we can do the daily morning walk and it is recommended by American College of Cardiology that daily walk of at least 10 minutes thrice a day or a 30 to four units of work per day at least five days a week helps you to prevent heart disease. So we have to look for the non modifiable risk factors and also do the modifiable risk factor.

Now I would like to aware you about few very crisp factors like AVCs of heart in respect to the coronary arteries or a preventable heart disease what is this AVC of the Heart. If you are suffering from any of these factors like diabetes or hypertension or having high cholesterol or you are having a sedentary life style respectively. You can change your lifestyle and you can counter it before the disease occur. Now AVCs of the heart is for aspirin in your daily life. If your having risk factor of you are diabetic, you should take aspirin as for the recommendations and B the AVC of the heart is very important and at the last I would like to talk about the medications. The very important meditation which you daily life take in aspirin state in beta blocker for the prevention of the coronary heart disease after the disease occurs.

No you have boiled/cooked your rice and then taken - now do not panic nothing will happen. However take neem leaves early in morning for few days all of you for increasing your immunity. But better keep your food stuff away from the reach of mouse/pets ......you know better.

Do usg abdomen with pelvis to. Confirm about pcod or any other abdomenal pathology, do not assume, you need to reduce weight also. Consult after usg report.

Aim is to be physically and mentally strong. Never feel you are weak. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food..>> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..>> Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veh have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen..>> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Dear lybrate-user, The mood swings are attacks of depression and mania. In between, he may be normal. Now he would have had a relapse or he would have got a mood change. Not that medicines don't work. The mood change may not have come to the notice of the psychiatrist. Please take him to the doctor without stopping dicorate 1 g.

Hello lybrate-user if you have desk job you need to avoid simple carbs like white rice, white bread ,refined atta instead of that eat whole wheat roti, brown rice, whole grains, oats,beans channe etc. Avoid fried food, artificial sugar/packed juices which will spike your blood sugar level, avoid high fatty dairy food like cheese, butter ,packaged snacks, etc. From yout diet. Add Green leafy vegetable ,whole grains, all nuts and food rich in protien in your diet. Instead of 2 to 3 big meals, eat 4 to 5 small small portion of balanced food throughout day .you will see the result you will be healthy. Consult with me for diet plan with your information.

As a matter of fact it is good that you didn't conceive so fast because after one d&c you should give atleast 6 to 9 months gap to get pregnant again have patience you will conceive again try to have sexual relationship every alternate day from day 10 to 20 of your cycle considering first day of the periods as day one
