The human body requires the basic nutrients for its normal functioning which are carbohydrates, fats and proteins. However, there are certain vital vitamins and minerals too, that are equally important because these help in maintaining the proper health of a human body in various ways. One such vitamin is vitamin b complex of which, there is a crucial vitamin known as vitamin b12 or scientifically called as cobalamin.

Functions of vitamin b12: Vitamin b12 plays a major role by controlling several factors of the human body. These are necessary for the body to run well and stay healthy.  Some of the key functions of vitamin b12 are listed below:

It is responsible for the conversion of raw carbohydrate matter that enters into the body in the form of food into glucose that is the driving energy for the body. Therefore, in a way it helps to keep the continuity of energy production in the human body and its deficiency, therefore, can lead to fatigue or weakness. Every single nature of human cells is related to the dna and rna that define the genetics and hereditary factors of a human body. Vitamin b12 assists in the creation of this dna and rna. Vitamin b12 also helps in the production of nerve cells in the human body by maintaining the covering of the nerve cells or neurones known as the myelin sheaths. This helps to free the body from the reach of toxins and free radicals that can be very harmful to the human body. Hence, any shortage of vitamin b12 can damage the nerve cells in a considerable manner. The bones of the human body need vitamin b12 as well and any deficiency of vitamin b12 can cause osteoporosis and other bone issues. Vitamin b12 in association with another vitamin known as vitamin b9 (folate or folic acid) helps in the manufacture of red blood cells that help in impressive iron functioning, which is the main oxygen carrier of the human blood. Quite evidently, its deficiency can lead to shortness of breath and other breathing disorders. Even heart requires an adequate amount of vitamin b12 along with vitamin b6 and vitamin b9 so that appropriate levels of amino acid named homocysteine are produced that is a deciding factor in heart diseases. Vitamin b12 is an essential component affecting the brain health too, and any deficiency of vitamin b12 can often lead to various brain disorders such as alzheimer’s disease and the like.

In fact, vitamin b12 has also been found to regulate mood and emotions of humans. Above all, vitamin b12 is vital for keeping an individual happy and healthy by revitalising the body cells and making him or her feel youthful and vibrant all the time.

I am 30 years female, with 5 ft 4" height. In 2015 my weight was 76 kg, for which I went to gym and reduced to 68 kg. After leaving gym, started suffering from back ache and already a patient of anal fissure past 5 years, because of which cannot carry heavy weight and cannot jog. As of now I am married past 2 months and my weight has increased to 80 kg with huge belly fat and fat across body. Please suggest easiest and fastest ways to reduce weight and bring it to 60 kg.

As per your history your body weight is now 80 KG so reduce it to 55 kg as per your age and height. For it you have to make a plan for it like this:-From day 1 to day 7 Day 1) Take only fruits except banana and drink plenty of water (12 glasses) Day 2) Take only vegetables and drink 12 glass of water (may be cooked or raw) Day 3) Take mixed diet plan like Fruits and vegetables (Morning fruits -afternoon -vegetables ,evening fruits and night vegetables Day 4) Take 4 glasses of milk and 12 banana throughout day and night Day 5) Take lunch as rice with tomato 10-12 throughout full day Day 6) Take lunch with a cup of Rice and whole day take vegetables and drink 12 glass of water Day 7) Take a cup of rice and vegetables and fruit juice which you like and drink at least 12 glass of water whole day Plan as you like but in this way you can be able to reduce your weight 80 kg to 55 kg which will prevent many disorders. Secondly for back pain do stretching exercises daily and if required do a blood differential count every month lastly for fissure take fruit and vegetables on diet and drink plenty of water every day take Cremaffin fiber suppliment after lunch every day Take Cremaffin plus 3 teaspoonful at bed time with a cup of milk every night Use ANO-BLISS cream at night before going to sleep to relax anal muscle spasm Use Xylocaine 5% to numb the anus before 15 mins of going to toilet Any help let me know, Thanks.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi drink some bitter gourd juice on an empty stomach each morning. First remove the seeds of two to three bitter gourds and use a juicer to extract the juice. Add some water and then drink it. Hello- Scrotal sac consist of temperature sensory muscles which alter its shape and elasticity according to the climatic condition in order to protect testicles form climatic effect. Scrotum becomes tight during winters, during bath when body temperature decreases, during ejaculation etc. However manual tightening of the sac is not possible and also not advisable. So focus on your penis tightness instead of your scrotum.

There are people who feel lonely but are alone and there are those who choose to be alone but are not necessarily alone, i.e. surrounded by people. So what make us feel lonely? Is it just isolation from social life or one can be lonely in the midst of all social activities? Today Psychologist Shivani Sadhoo answers some of the interesting facts and mind factors behind being alone and being lonely.

First understand, loneliness is a universal human emotion, yet it is both a complex and unique to each individual. It is commonly described as a state of solitude or being alone but in reality, loneliness is a state of mind. This state of mind causes people to feel empty, alone and unwanted. People who are lonely often crave human contact, but their state of mind makes it more difficult to form connections with other people. Loneliness as per psychological definition is not necessarily about staying & living physically alone, instead, it is the perception of being alone and isolated that matters the most.

For example, a newly joined office employee, who has difficulty in making friends and making himself/herself noticed, might feel lonely despite being surrounded by hundreds of office mates. Similarly, if a girl or a boy finds it difficult to express his/her pain, fears, feelings through verbal expressions, i.e. by talking, he/she might feel alone among a group of friends who would be all talking about themselves and would consider this person to have no trouble in life.

Loneliness has a wide range of negative effects on both physical and mental health. Some of the health risks associated with loneliness includes:

* Cardiovascular diseases and strokes

* Depression and suicide, 

* Alcoholism and smoking, 

* Progression of Alzheimer's disease

Generally, it’s very difficult to recognize if someone feels lonely and sometimes even the sufferer doesn’t recognize for the whole life that he/she was lonely deep inside.

One can cure loneliness:-

* By first identifying themselves that they suffer from loneliness.

* By realizing themselves that loneliness is a hazardous condition and they should fix it.

* If the person suffers with difficulties to express themselves to others, lacks effective communication skills, feels shy and stressed in social gathering then its advisable to take a help from experts like a mental health professional or a psychologist.

- do not scratch or squeeze the lesions - do not apply creams or oils on face - do not apply hair oils or wash oil within 1 hour of application - take plenty of fluids - wash your face 2-3 times daily especially when it's oily - certain foods can increase acne such as chocolates, oily food etc, avoid these if they increase acne - take plenty of fluids and fruits - dandruff can also increase acne, so use anti-dandruff shampoo if you have acne. - also, for the marks, try to avoid sunexposure as far as possible (use broadspectrum gel based sunscreen, cover the face while outside during sunlight hours)

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.
