How can it be increased?
Some tips to increase your height: 1.Do Exercise regularly: Spending much time and doing many exercises is not important, as it will not give you efficient output .Every exercise is different and done for different results. Do only stretching exercises that helps you to increase the space between your vertebrae and due to which your height increases. Swimming is also considered a good exercise for increasing height. 2.Take proper sleep: Taking a proper sleep is also important as it is scientifically proven that our body produces more human growth hormone during sleep. You should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. During sleeping body repairs the daMaged cells which is equally important. 3.Have proper diet: Have a proper calcium, protein diet, as protein helps in human growth while calcium helps in making bones stronger. Your diet should be balanced with all the essential minerals. Eat enough fruits and drink lots of water. Take 3-4 meals per day but remember that at one time you should not each much as it will affect your growth. 4.Cycling and play games: Cycling is considered to be good exercise for increasing your height. Also playing game such as volleyball, basketball are extremely useful in increasing height of a person. 5.Running: Do jogging or run regularly as it helps in stretching your every part of your body. Running and sprinting is one of the best exercise for increasing height. You must go for running at least 4 times a week. 6. Do Hanging exercise for height increase and tadasana to increase height However You doesn't need to increase your weight as doing exercises for increasing height will help you in gaining a proper shape of a body and maintains you fit, but I provide you some tips for increasing weight. Ways to increase weight are: 1.Consumes additional calories: For increasing weight, start consuming an additional calories. Even you have to consume more calories, don't go for junk food or any other bad item, stick to nutrient food. What I mean is that you can consume extra calories by eating food which have high content of calories as well as nutrients. This will help you in preventing from health problems. 2.Eat more Drink more: If you want to gain weight quickly eat more. As you should start eat a total of six times a day, taking a small meal at a time. If you can not each much, you could add snacks in between your two meals. 3.Include carbohydrate: Carbohydrate is very essential to increase our weight. Accordingly, various starchy food like rice, wheat, oat, rye etc. Fresh starchy vegetables such as potato, carrot etc. And fresh starchy fruits like banana, apple, pears etc. Should be included in your diet. You need fat. So include chocolate, ice cream etc. But note it should be consumed limited. 4. Take sufficient rest and sleep at least for six hours daily. Not only sufficient eating is enough for gaining weight, you have to digest it properly too I suggest that you should concentrate on increasing your height and not on weight. You can gain weight anytime of your life but gaining height at this stage is important. Have a proper diet and be healthy. For more queries contact us.

Apply Rose water in eyes and then put a piece of cotton over eyes and put a small ice cube over it for 2 mins. Repeat this for 2-3 times in a day, if possible.

Experts have warned diet can have a huge impact on fertility and impotence. Being overweight or obese can alter hormone levels, lowering testosterone which can impact semen quality and contribute to erectile dysfunction or impotence.
A typical ‘western’ diet which includes a high intake of processed meats, refined carbs, and sweets – essentially an unhealthy diet – can have an impact on sperm motility.
This type of diet, high in trans-fats, may have an impact on sperm quality and also lead to weight gain.

It is also worth bearing in mind that being underweight can also have a negative effect on sperm production, as fatty tissues play an essential role in the metabolism and release of sex hormones.

Maintaining a healthy weight is key to ensuring the optimum environment for sperm production.
Studies have shown that sugary drinks, including fizzy and energy drinks could be linked to poor sperm motility. Too much sugar in your diet also increases your chances of developing insulin-resistance, this may lead to increased oxidative stress also known to be damaging sperm. If this is a problem for you, making some swaps with fruit might help to improve your sperm. Other issues which affect fertility in men and women are age - two thirds of women over the age of 40 experience fertility issues - stis and smoking.

I think I have a clear idea of what is bothering you, and I hope I am right to the ‘T’. I don’t think you have completely worked on the problem of addiction. In fact the reason you are not working out with your wife has to do with a lot of unresolved issues pertaining to the addiction. You see mere abstinence from alcohol is not enough: there are so many matters to be considered before you can seriously say and claim that you are no longer an addict. Now I am aware that according to AA principles, ‘Once you are an addict, you are always an addict’. I come from a different school of thought about that but let me not elaborate about that here. There are four important areas you need to definitely resolve the addiction problem: the Oral issue, the Genetic issue, the Rigid Value System, and the Script issue. Apart from that there is an addict personality that has to be made whole and many unhealthy adaptations have to be resolved. You and your wife, for example, married when you had that personality and she has now become fed up and wants out. If you have not changed that personality, you are literally asking her to live with you with the only change being that you have abstained from the alcohol! Although that is in itself a huge change, your basic personality has not changed. Apart from that it seems like there are emotional matters that are bothering you still and these could become impediments to yourself, let alone another person, like your wife! I suggest that you go back to addiction therapy and discuss these matters for a start and take it forward from there. I believe that if this is done well, you can regain your life all over again.

Hello lybrate-user this condition is called grahani in ayurveda. You should do following * don't take simple water, take luke warm water. * take ginger & turmeric before meal 30 min * take ajvayan & jeera 1 1 tsp after each meal. * use cow ghee in diet. * don't eat dry diet * avoid stress n anger * avoid day sleep * don't take modern medicine for long time for better solution & medication I need your detail history like appetite acidity bowel habits? diet lifestyle kind of work etc.
