Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall. Here are tips to prevent gas problem: - Eat smaller meals;Don't overeat  -Limit fluids intake during meals. As it increases stomach distension.  -Avoid foods and drinks that trigger acidity (e.g. Fatty ,Spicy foods, onions, garlic, peppermint, chocolate, coffee,tea, citrus fruits or juices, tomatoes, cola or alcohol) -Don't lie down after eating.Wait at least 2-3 hours after meal before sleeping. Avoid late night snacks .Elevate the head end of bed by 6-8 inches. Sleep in left lateral position. HOME REMEDIES:.Dried ginger ,dried fennel or Ripened guava can speed up digestion of food  -TREATMENT: for mild symptoms, like Mucaine gel, may give relief.  -For severe cases,tablet Pantocid –DSR is taken once/twice daily before meals as these reduce acid production in the stomach.

Dengue is a self limiting viral fever and maximum time for fever to come down is 5-7 days. Treatment is only ORS type water, weak tea,juices and light food. liver manufactures platelets and if we load liver with heavy antibiotics or heavy food, fever takes long time to come down. Take basic care of hygeine/bath and wear only cottons,stay indoors so that you do not sweat more and loose water. dehydration is a side effect, drink lots of water.

This is not due to vitamin d deficiency. Some people sweat more than others due to high metabolic rate. People with high metabolic rate do not usually feel very cold than others in a colder environment and sweat more when they are in a hot environment. Keep drinking lots of water when you are out in sun.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

I am 22 years old. Due to wearing specs for many years ,my eyes have gone deep inside with worst dark circles. It seems it won't go throughout my life. My dermatologist prescribed me Avarta cream and told it will cure only 5-10% not more than it. she told my eyes are placed inside. My eating habit and sleeping is fine enough. Please help. I don't want fillers at this age.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.
