Hello, in an ideal situation your chances of pregnancy are abt 20_30 % per cycle. With these meds it goes upto 40% per cycle. Besides the meds do some walkin or exercise n try to be stress free.

Its is only a metabolic change in human being this can lead diabetes and this is called as life style changes in human beings. Diabetes is many types. Type 1 diabetes. Its occur only in children due to no secreting of insulin in the body. Type 2 diabetes. Easy Ways to Handle Your Honeymoon Smoothly

For any couple, a honeymoon is a great time to bond, have some of their first memories together and to take their marriage to the next level by consummating it. This is the time many couples see and feel each other not just emotionally, but physically as well that is in a sexual manner. While it can be exhilarating, a lack of knowledge can actually be nerve wracking and the first time expectation and anxiety may ruin your experience. You can even go for a honeymoon package. Here are a few tips to help you handle your honeymoon smoothly.

Sex tip for first timers
As is the case with many couples, the honeymoon may be the first night time two people consummate or have sex with each other or has sex altogether for the first time. Some of the important things you need to remember before having sex for the first time is mentioned below

  1. Don’t have high expectations: Remember, it may be the first time when you and your partner are getting intimate and thus, some inhibitions are bound to come up. Think of this first time as a foray into something new rather than expecting to have great sex from the get go. Also, don’t pressure each other into being able to do certain things as it will make things awkward. Think of it as a first time experience and let the things come with the flow as they should.
  2. Go slow and experience the whole process rather than quickly getting into penetration: Always remember, sex is much more than just penile-vaginal intercourse and is the whole act of caressing, kissing, foreplay, build up, dirty talk and even the cuddling together afterwards. Go slowly and feel each other and let the tension build. Many couples make the mistake of trying to get straight into sex in excitement and thus miss out on a lot of slow sensual fun.
  3. Foreplay is the king: Women, more than men tend to get excited slower and thus foreplay is really important to them. As a man you need to be able to arouse your partner to a point where she is lubricated enough for insertion. First timers make this mistake a little too often. This is especially true during the honeymoon if the woman is experiencing sex for the first time. Thus the male partner should concentrate on foreplay to arouse the woman which will help in having a better experience during sex. Some of the same things mentioned here are applicable for men as well.
    • Sensual kissing on the body, neck and cheeks
    • Nibbling on the neck
    • Playing with the breasts and then licking the nipples
    • Kissing the belly and naval area
    • Playing, caressing, kissing and nibbling the thighs
    • Playing and caressing her back and buttocks
    • Giving oral stimulation
  4. Vaginal Insertion: Both the partners should ensure that the woman is lubricated enough for insertion. If she isn’t then either more foreplay is required or you may need to use lubricants. Once penetration has taken place, go slowly with the thrusts and if anyone feels uncomfortable when it becomes harder and faster, stop and wait for a moment to re-adjust. Coming to orgasm isn’t the only end goal and thus pay attention to the experience as well.

Things to help you out

Although you may be on your honeymoon and in a monogamous relationship with your significant other, you still need to take some precautions for the best interest of both the partners. Some of these are mentioned below

  1. Use a condom to stop unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections. Also condoms help in delaying orgasm thus extending pleasure for both men and women.
  2. Lubes are your best friend as they help the women become wetter and also help in penetration as well as thrusting. However use water based lubricants as they have the lowest risk of allergic reactions.
  3. You can use natural aphrodisiacs such as avocados, chocolates, honey and oysters which can boost your libido. Stay away from alcohol and smoking as it impairs sexual performance and ability.

Some things to remember

  1. Anxiety about body or performance: For all men and women, especially first timers, sex can cause performance anxiety as well as shyness and aversion. This is due to self-consciousness arising out of body image issues. You should remember that the person opposite to you is there for the long run and thus wont judge you for what you are. Learn to love your body without being too judgemental about it. Also don’t judge your partner for their flaws as it will only hurt them and cause further aversion.
  2. Remember, this is real life not porn: Men, more than women tend to have their first glimpse and understanding about sex by watching pornography. This desensitizes them and makes them think that real sex should be performed in that manner. Porn is made for visual pleasure only. It doesn’t reflect how people can have great sex in real life within a monogamous relationship. Great sex between you and your partner will be unique and hence don’t try to copy or emulate pornography as it will only end in disappointment.
  3. Before honeymoon: Talk to your partner before honeymoon and raise the topic about sex. It can be a great tool for arousal, developing attraction as well as for breaking down inhibitions and barriers. Know what both of you may be comfortable with, willing to try certain fantasies of the other partners and what you would absolutely not be into. Setting these boundaries will help you get a realistic perspective of the sexual chemistry between you and your partner.

Following the tips mentioned above will help you have great and mutually pleasurable, satisfying sex. Preparation and understanding beforehand will help you add a spark to your honeymoon which may then continue to light the fires of passion for a long time in your marital life.

Although both are similar, treadmill and jogging are very different from each other. The same muscles are used in both the exercises and the same forward body movement is involved in both the exercises. Both are done for cardiovascular fitness, to decrease the amount of fat in your body, and to tone your legs. However, here are a few pointers which show you the difference between treadmill and jogging:

1. Treadmill is easy: Running on a treadmill is easier than going out for a jog. This is because a treadmill has a plain running surface with a constant environment. But when you go out for a jog, the surface may not be plain; the environment might not be constant as it can be windy or extremely sunny. The treadmill can also be adjusted according to your requirements, like the inclination can be increased or decreased; the speed of the belt can be increased or decreased, etc. It also affects the joints less because you are able to have a flat surface to place your foot every time, unlike the rough surface of the roads and lanes when you jog.

2. Convenience: Running a mile at home on a tread mill is much more convenient than going out for a jog. You can hop onto a treadmill for a run anytime, but going out for jog whenever you feel like, is difficult and can cause inconvenience. The weather might not be appropriate to go for a jog, or you might have certain things to do which you can while you are on the treadmill.

3. Motivation: Treadmills allow you to see how much you have run, which will motivate you to work harder and surpass your previous limit. This is difficult when you go out for a jog as you cannot calculate how much you ran.

4. Burning calories: Jogging outside is much more challenging than jogging on a treadmill. This is because of the various factors which you have to face like weather and terrain while you are jogging outside. This causes you to burn more calories than what you would on a treadmill. However, you can change the inclination and the speed of the treadmill which will also enable you to burn more calories.

Although jogging outside and on a treadmill might have these few differences, you will get the best results, if you are able to combine both together.

Dussehra is the day when 'Raghunandan Ramachandra' defeated 'Lankapati Dashanan Ravana' and rescued his wife Sita. The name Dussehra has its foundations in two Sanskrit words Dasha and Hara, where the first word 'Dasha' refers to Dashanan Ravana and the second word 'Hara' implies defeat. Dashanana, one with ten heads, a title given to Ravana, additionally happens to be symbolic in nature. It could be seen as ten vices, not ten heads.

Vice is any behaviour or practice that is considered cruel, immoral, rude, sinful, degrading or criminal. The ten vices represent the ten heads of Ravana. If we carefully watch our surroundings, we will find that the majority of us are being tainted and infected from one of these ten vices. At last, it is not about Rama or Ravana. It is about you and your vices. Dussehra symbolises your triumph over your vices, not Rama's triumph over Ravana.

The ten vices that we need to win over this Dusshera are:

  1. Kama Vasana (Lust): This lustful craving edging on the unethical side that can make one carry out offensive and heinous crimes.
  2. Krodha (Anger): Many violations and crimes are caused because of the inability and powerlessness to think when we are in outrage. Control over Anger or Krodha will avoid a lot of problems and regrets in the near future.
  3. Moha (Attraction): Obsessing over things can be a problem when we lose the feeling and sense of our reason. It is ideal to keep our obsessions under control.
  4. Lobha (Greed): This problem is the reason for some possible crimes and embarrassments. That is why it is said that one should keep a long distance from greed for their own well-being.
  5. Mada (Pride): Being happy over material belongings has no purpose and is a worthless activity. It is both at the moment and temporary. Pride needs to be avoided and maintain a goal to stay modest and unobtrusive.
  6. Matsara (Jealousy): This green-eyed creature eats up our feeling of logic and calm and is better kept under control for our prosperity and fulfilment.
  7. Swartha (Selfishness): Being an egotistical individual just gets us back at last. Thoughtfulness usually pays back and helping a man in need will never go futile.
  8. Anyaaya (Injustice): As much as we can comprehend, we need to be just and not indulge in out of line practices, be it in our work or individual life.
  9. Amanavata (Cruelty): Cruelty needs to be avoided under all circumstances. Being thoughtful and humble will give us a meaning to live a modest and calm life.
  10. Ahankara (Ego): The bad habit of Ravana that destroyed Lanka is something we indulge in ordinary. Avoiding this ego will keep us more joyful in our lives.

This celebration implies the victory of good over the evil, right over wrong, and good habits over vices.

Hello, please rule out pregnancy if you have been sexually active and if negative then you can opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones for resuming menses.

I am 21 years old (unmarried ) I'M SO WORRIED ABOUT MY PROBLEM. please HELP ME Here comes to my problem: I have an unprotected sex with boyfriend 2 times 1st on 17-18 March and 2nd on 24 April (i'll doesn't take any protection or contraceptive pills like i pill or unwanted 72 etc). My periods are always regular and come on a time at the gap of 25-26 days and i'll bleed 5-6 on periods. But after unprotected sex with my bf i'm getting my periods properly. Periods details: 19th March: On 19 march i got my proper periods. 10th April- On 10 april i got my periods 2 days before than my expected days. And this time first 2 days it was a spotting after 2 days its changes into a very heavy bleeding for 4-5 days. 9th May- On 9 may this is first time that I will get my periods 5 days late than my expected date. And it was just spotting for 2-3 days very much different from my expected periods. 3rd june: on 2nd june i got my periods on expected date. But again it was just a spotting for 2-3 days no proper bleeding. After 3rd June. I didn't get my periods yet its too late for waiting my proper periods. I'm very much scared of being getting pregnant because this is first time that I have my periods like this. After an unprotected sex , i took an urine pregnancy test with preganews 4 times: 1st test on 1st May 2nd test on 8th May 3rd test on 31st May 4th test on 2nd July [Its All NEGATIVE] After 3 negative urine test i'll go for B-HCG Test on 8th June.in this test my hcg level is [1.20] presume to be a NEGATIVE again. Inspite of all this from past 1 months i'm not feeling well. I'm suffering from headache, constipation, breast tenderness soreness, nipples tingles, stomach cramps sometimes and heart pain (heart pain especially in morning time when i'll wake up) and sometimes having a burning sensation too. Please give me a valuable suggestion regarding my problem because i'm very much scared by all this cause i'm unmarried I can't take any pregnancy risk. please tell me after all this tests still is there any chance of pregnancy? Is i'm pregnant or not. If NO i'm not pregnant then why i'm having all this problem and if YES i'm pregnant then why i'm having negative result and how to rule out from this situation.
