PCOS - Factors That Contribute to it

PCOS - Factors That Contribute to it

PCOS or poly cystic ovarian syndrome is a hormonal disorder that is very common among women, in their reproductive age. It is the condition in which cysts are formed in the ovary of the affected woman and/or the levels of the male hormone called androgen increases in her body. As a result of these, she faces a variety of symptoms like late or no periods, heavy menstrual bleeding, the growth of facial hair, unintended weight gain, acne and pain in the pelvic region.

You can also take the package for Living Healthy - Woman.

The causes of PCOS have not been accurately identified so far, but researchers suggest that the following factors might contribute to the onset of the condition.

  1. Lower inflammation levels: The white blood cells present in your body form resistance against infections through a response termed as inflammation. Women with lower inflammation levels are likelier to get PCOS as the decreased levels stimulate poly cystic ovaries, thereby, producing more androgens.
  2. Increased amount of insulin secretion: Women suffering from insulin resistance may get PCOS as their body is not able to effectively use this insulin, which results in increased insulin secretion by the pancreas. This, in turn, triggers more androgen (male sex hormone) production in the ovaries, making it difficult for the ovaries to ovulate.
  3. Genetic factor: If you have a family history of PCOS, it's highly probable that you may also get it as the disease is linked with your genes.

If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a specilized gynaecologist and ask a free question.

Natural aphrodisiacs can improve your libido and prevent premature ejaculation. This would include carrots, fennel seeds, celery, bananas, garlic, onion, ginger, shellfish, lettuce etc. - Including these foods in your daily diet will ensure that you remain free from sexual problems, including premature ejaculation. Do never take Vigra-pills for your future married life

My history:- Got married and dicourced in 2014 at the age of 25 due to the reason of penis skin tight and partner was very misunderstanding. She showed in front of everyone as if I was physically incapable of doing sex. This was a huge impact to me emotionally as I had to go thru lot of mental trauma. Did circumcisions but the divorce couldn't be avoided. Because of this, I improved my lifestyle, regular exercises, fruits, protein intake and Sanyasi Ayurveda medicines have also helped me. I attempted sex with a relative fat gf 1 year back in all sex positions 3 times, where she got satisfied only once. She didn't have complain though and was a short relationship. Now I got married to a girl who was divorced 3 years back. We are happily in love with each other and almost cry for each other when we are distant apart. It's being 2 days we got married and I had an attempt yesterday. While we had good intimate foreplay, while inserting, she was too shy and very opposed, when I reached down to her, I found she was dry at vagina which generally becomes very wet when excited. I found uneasy to insert. So I have not done anything. I tried her masturbate but she was uneasy. She shared her history that she didn't have sex experience anytime in her life and wanted me to treat I am relatively above average in looks with fair, athletic body. She is very slim thin, size 30 with less diet and good stamina in general works where even I feel sleepy sometimes. I feel lubrication should be required-can someone suggest one? Please, provide proper consultation as I want to discuss this in detail and medication if required.

You have to find out her tender spots and see what makes her wet. Yes you should not insert till she is wet as it will hurt her a lot and incidences of bruises also occur. Show your love and support and she will be able to give you company and sexual life will be wonderful.

I am 28y old and type 1 diabetes problem is sugar level not control I am insulin use morning 40unit and 20 unit night.
The key is to eat in moderation at regular intervals, and not to starve yourself. Start your day with a good and healthy breakfast like a cereal and milk combination for e. G oats/ dalia porridge with low fat milk or curd. Between your lunch and breakfast you can have a light mid-morning snack, i. E, a fruit perhaps, and follow this by a balanced meal in moderate quantity for lunch. Have plenty of vegetables which will keep you full and cut down on the amount of rice/ chapatis that you are having. Also cut down on your fat intake and reduce oil in cooking. Avoid fast food, junk food, sugary food and soft drinks. Along with this, do not forget to exercise regularly.
