there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result on pores and dark spot

hi shikha you should have heavy bleeding with passage of clots in order to have complete abortion. please get pelvic ultrasound done after 2weeks. don't worry about bleeding.

Dear Lybrate User, *Add a pinch of turmeric powder to a glass of lukewarm milk before you get into your bed. Lukewarm milk will put you to sleep peacefully and turmeric will act as an antibiotic. Turmeric will fight against those agents causing the dry cough while you are asleep and you will feel relieved the next morning to face the day!

Do you also have puffy eyes or bags under your eyes? what are your sleeping patterns? there are many causes of dark circles. More information is required from you which will help choose a better treatment plan. Too much caffeine/ tobacco and too little sleep, anemia, dehydration are common causes. If you don't have any of these causes then dark circle peels may be prescribed for dark circle which contain contains arginine, lactic acid, allantoin and aloe vera. Arginine is an amino acid derived from brown sugar which boosts collagen, increases elasticity and moisturises the skin. Lactic acid exfoliates and lightens the skin. Allantoin and aloe vera helps to soothe and regenerate the skin. This is used in conjunction with vitamin c and matrixyl that provides firmness and resistance to the skin around the eye.

Dear, people with eczema must keep away from the following foods:- *Fruits like oranges, watermelons and papayas must be avoided as they are contra-indications to eczema. *Ice-creams and cold drinks must be strictly avoided. *Several spices and oils can aggravate eczema. Hence they must be taken with moderation. *Nuts are harmful to eczema, especially cashew nuts. *Foods with a high mineral content such as ginger, onion and ladies finger (okra) must be curtailed in the diet. *Salt must be reduced in the diet. *Sour foods must be avoided. This includes all pickles, curds, etc. *Mustard is a strict no-no. *Bitter tastes are useful. These are obtained from vegetables such as bitter gourd, bitter drumstick and flowers of the neem tree. *Turmeric has a soothing effect on the skin. It must be used liberally in flavoring the food. When you climbing upstairs some pressure is present on knee joint. Use hot pack to the area. Do active and passive movement regularly. Advice: Avoid cross leg sitting.
