please remember it is very easy to get addicted but very difficult to quit. You need to meditate and talk to your support groups and find what" you" really are and what you would like to" become. Also remember, for long term addictions it is common to relapse. It is like you are repeating the same mistake and wished if only you could help it! the point is to accept and forgive yourself and be stronger next time and make a commitment to yourself first.

Hi I will prescribe some harmless but effective flower remedy available in homoeopathy shops. Try to buy original medicines. Mix 3 drops of olive + 3 drops of hornbeam + 3 drops of white chestnut mix these with 100 ml water and drink it every morning and night.(same dose). On empty stomach.

You are clearly under stress of some kind which you need to identify with a counselor. Find out what this disturbance is all about and as you address it, memory and concentration will happily return to favor you. Do meet with a counselor, if your stress is too much. In the meantime please follow the suggested guidelines: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night?s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that you and the family go for counseling too.

any tablet if you take it works at that time only. the side effects if you face at that time only. for example if you take headache tablet it works on that movements only. next day if again headache comes you need to take again another tablet. previous day tablet it will not work next day. like that you are taken tablets you face the severity and side effects on particular days only. it will not effect on your sexula life. that you have doubt i do one mistake it may be effected or not. it is psychological feeling. so dont think about this matter again. better to marry and enjoy your sexual life. this age is right age for enjoying the sexual life. dont be alone. better to spend most of the time with friends and family members. better to share your personal feelings and problems with closed ones. be sociable and be happy all time. enjoy the masturabtion also.it is also good sexual sign of the normal human being. ok best of luck..

You must check with a Yoga teacher about exercises for improving memory. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food. You may also include these noted foods that are good for your brain health: Brain-Friendly Foods MIND stands for Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay. But the MIND approach “specifically includes foods and nutrients that medical literature and data show to be good for the brain, such as berries,” says Martha Clare Morris, ScD, director of nutrition and nutritional epidemiology at Rush University Medical Center. I was a very brave boy in my childhood. But now a days I afraids a lot even from a loud noise and by thinking things of future, and get emotional after seeing some emotional movies and stories etc etc. Two months ago I was suffering from insomnia and was cured by homeopathy and 90 % cured me. Also I was met with a serious accident last year which broke me mentally but physically I am right now but unwanted ideas and thinking on my mind worries me. What should be done to get rid of this. You have to admit your sister into a rehabilitation program for at least 6 months to cure her of this addiction. If she has had mental problems too then she may require psychiatric care as well. Even after rehabilitation she must continue addiction counseling for at least three years to completely remove the physical and psychological conditioning and craving. She will be told and taught new lifestyles, schedules, habits etc. to totally recover. She must work on the oral issue, the rigid value system, the genetic factor and the script issue. Many people will not be able to resolve drug addiction in particular if they do not reach their ‘Hitting Rock Bottom’, i.e. the worst stage in their addiction to finally want to reform. Unfortunately for some unlucky few that can be death. So do be careful and do not delay seeking help now. If there are relapses, do not get too alarmed and give up. She must again persevere and fight this battle until she comes out victorious. The family members and medical fraternity must be there for her right through this recovery. She will also need to attend Narcotics Anonymous meetings for a long time too after the treatment is over. The worse is if she is not yet ready and willing you will most likely fight a losing battle. But keep trying until you succeed.

Dear lybrate user. Your symptoms are suggestive of you being in depression. A person when in major depression has low neurotransmitters like serotonin in brain and thus is very difficult for him to motivate himself. He has a negative attribution style for almost everything around him which is similar to what you are having. Easy irritability or irritability on minor provocation leading to anger outbursts as in your case is a part of depression. Due to negative attribution and easy irritability social interactions get limited as is your problem. You are not anti-social as the term is justified for people who take undue advantage of others around and go beyond the legal and social norms to benefit self. I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist and get started on medications as soon as possible. Gradually over time cbt and other life changes may be brought about. With medications you will start feeling better by say 10 to 15 days from the start. I hope you take the step in right directions and get better soon. Take care.
