You spend extra money on whole wheat bread and you’re positive you’ll enjoy a low glycemic index, nutritional fibers, and generally better health. Yet you should know that often there’s almost no difference between most whole wheat breads and white bread.

1. Do steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2-3 times daily 2. Put otrivin nasal drop one drop three times daily 3. Take one tablet oflevo cetrizine at bed time 4. If you have recurrent attack of sneezing, you may be having sinusitis or allergic rhinitis 5. Take x ray/ct scan of pns to confirm sinusitis and consult ent specialist for advice and treatment 6. If sinusitis is excluded, then it is due to allergic rhinitis, do an allergy test after consulting allergy specialist/immunologist to find out the cause of allergy and follow the treatment and advice accordingly.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

There is no relation between the two. It can occur in puberty due to hormonal changes. But at this age, this is not the reason for your pimples. Cover your face while on road. Wash it several times a day and tried to avoid dust. As it is the common reason to develop pimples.

Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. Excess sleep can be due to anaemia, hypothyroidism or general weakness and a blood test is needed and you may contact me personally by lybrate site for further advice 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: you should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Avoid daytime naps if you can, but having short naps of less than one hour is absolutely okay if you are excessively tired during the day or you did not have a sound sleep the previous night. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) regular exercise: exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. Sir, You need to be examined for proper diagnosis and treatment. As first aid , I advice you to do Yoga, Breathing exercises, meditation. Eat fruit and vegetables. Go for walks daily. Get back to me if problem is persistent.

1. Black coffee for weight loss If you are looking to lose weight, then you should definitely have black coffee as it has comparatively lower calories than coffee with milk and sugar. A cup of black coffee has just 4.7 calories while a cuppa prepared with milk and sugar has 56.6 calories. 2. Coffee with milk and sugar after evening Black coffee will energize you and give you more mental clarity than normal coffee as there is no milk or cream to slow down it’s effects. So drinking it after evening might keep you wide awake until late into the night which will disrupt your circadian rhythm. Taking the extra 50 calories instead would be healthier. If you already have issues with sleep, then don’t have coffee at all after sunset. Here are some tips to sleep like a baby. Alternatively, if you have something important to do and are feeling sleepy, then you should go for a black coffee. 3. Coffee with milk and sugar if you have acidity In case you have aciditiy, you should avoid having coffee (especially black coffee) as it has a very high pH. Also, having concentrated coffee can increase the concentration of acid in your urine. So make sure you have enough water or foods like cucumber to neutralize its effect.

Excess of anything is bad as is masturbation. Once in 2 days is ok. This frequency will not cause any weakness.
