Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy.But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting.But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight.If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts,only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating,only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation. Please do treadmill for at least 30-45 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake to ONLY and ONLY 4 times a day. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods.

In ayurveda, Hypertension is referred to as Rakta Capa Vriddhi and it sees the vitiation of vata and pitta doshas as the main cause...take sarpgandha vati twice a day...yogendra ras...akik bhasm works very good in case of hypertension....avoid salty diet...oily food...lower your stress...do pranayama early morning...

Traumatic life events in the child hood, has affected your personality development. From your text it is apparent that you have, emotionally unstable and impulsive personality traits. These people have unexplained mood swings, high rejection sensitivity poor anger control, tendencies of harming themselves. First you should know yourself better, identify the shortcomings (which we all have) and work on it. You should practice more patience, try to react as less you can, regular meditations and breathing pranayama will increase your resilience and decrease anxiety. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

split hairs have to be trimmed off. It's very evident that you have a nutritional deficiency which gives you such dull, dry, dead, rough hair with split ends. Wash hair twice a week with lukewarm water and a mild shampoo to remove dust, dirt, grime. Avoid dyes on hair since ppd in it can give you a reaction and make you sensitive. Frequent henna vil dry out hair. Oil massage scalp prior to bath and wash it off. Have milk and milk products like curd, cheese, butter, ghee, butter milk. All this vil definitely help improve the texture of your hair. Eat cheese, butter, ghee, ice cream, chocolates. Have liver. Egg yolk is good for this, not the whites. This diet vil definitely make a difference for you.you need to incorporate pulses-beans, peas, horsegram, bengal gram, lentils, black gram, red gram, urad dal, black, yellow, red dal in cooked form as curry, in salads, in relishes, in samHave fish -sardine, mackerel, tuna. Salmon. Plenty of meat -chicken, beef, mutton. Have milk and milk products in the plenty.

Dear lybrateuser, - your treatment will depend on the number of blood vessels blocked & the percentage, that is severity of the block (mild, moderate or severe block) - this can be known by detailed investigation like angiography -mild can be treated by medication, moderate to severe by angioplasty & stenting - consult a cardiologist on forum - have a heart healthy diet, avoid fried & other fatty foods, have more of vegetables & fruits - follow a strict exercise regime to keep fit & prevent any ailment.

CLEANING Cleaning your teeth is much better & healthier than deposits on teeth. You can be certain that the dentist could not remove enamel with his/her scaler (The cleaning kit). The more likely scenario is that the dentist will remove some calculus or tartar build up between & around the teeth that the gap was being filled in by it & henceforth removing the tartar successfully makes an existing space visible. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Things You Didn?t Know About Calcium

If you are a woman, you are probably taking a calcium supplement daily. It is because you were told by your friends or your health care provider that calcium is essential for optimum bone density as you age. But calcium is not just for bones and teeth. More and more studies witness the fact that there is hardly any body system in a human being that doesn?t benefit from a healthy dose of calcium. Let?s analyse that bit.
For calcium you may take sesame seeds, almonds, soya beans, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, kelp, parsley, olives, rhubarb, spinach, prunes, dandelion greens, broccoli, celery, crayfish, yogurt, ricotta, blue vein, castello and cultured cheese in your daily diet. Cow?s milk is a rich and welcome source of calcium except for those with diabetes, lactose intolerance, and those with a perpetual dislike for milk. Yet, cow?s milk is absorbed without hiccups (pun intended) by a child only until the age of 12 or 13 or even before that. As the child enters adulthood, it loses the power to extract calcium from milk. And an excess of milk in the diet may backfire causing indigestion, kidney stones, arthritic complaints and the like.
Perhaps, only a doctor can tell you about the utilization of calcium and its relationship with Vitamins A, C and D, parathyroid and iron. But I can definitely summarise the health benefits of this so called ?miracle? mineral discovered by Sir Humphrey Davy in 1808.
Scientists have come up with an interesting finding that calcium can play a role in longevity. Though calcium intake has shown no significant relation to cancer, it is found to decrease the risk of heart diseases and ?all-cause? premature mortality by reducing blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels.
Calcium is important for one?s overall well being. Next to building up bone density, it helps in nerve transmission, heart function, blood-pressure regulation, blood clotting and many other body processes.
It is needed for muscle contractions. So athletes, watch out on your calcium levels.
An expert also points out that calcium can decrease the PMS stress by half. Thanks to calcium, the users experienced less irritability, mood swings, depression and other symptoms associated with Premenstrual Syndrome.
Calcium can thwart mid life weight gain and obesity. High calcium diet may deplete the fat cells through increased energy metabolism.
Calcium ensures better absorption of iron, the deficiency of which can cause anaemia.
Once in adolescence, a child can take almond milk, soya milk, sesame milk or goat?s milk for calcium and for easy digestion. Thus bringing down cow?s milk to the minimum.
chamomile Have a cup of chamomile tea after meals for a healthy supply of calcium and enhanced digestion.
Along with minerals like phosphorus, magnesium and vitamins A, C and D, calcium is the miracle mineral that can help your body to build, heal and repair.
You need to drink adequate amount of water (8 oz. Of water) with calcium to enable full absorption of the mineral.
However, it is not wise to frantically increase your calcium intake due to the risk of kidney stones and atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) and hypercalcemia. The recommended dose of calcium through diet (not supplements) is 1,000 milligrams on an average.
