No That wouldnt cause weakness as your body is adapted to low Hb We need to look for alternate etiology as well 1. Superadded iron deficiency 2. Hypothyroidism.

Very difficult to cure at this age You can maximum received ATG therapy which will cost at least 7-8lakhs.

It contains very small amount of immunoglobulin I don't think there is any benefit of taking the same.
