Hi Mam , For lower back pain please follow below remedy ... 1) massage with castor oil ... If possible mix with magnesium oil .. 2) have 2 tabs of Yograj guggul in morning empty stomach , 1 tab around 12 noon and 1 tab 5-6 pm 3) have 1 tab of maha Yograj guggul after 30 mins of breakfast and one after 30 mins of Dinner .... Avoid this if you have high blood pressure ..... This will get you relief

Hello. The answer to your question can be given very vaguely coz you have not specified your both legs starting and ending points of pain. Assuming it to be starting from knee. Then my friend you have landed ypurself in one of teh most common and easliy treatable disease. As per your age, I would highly recomend an x-ray before I make any comment so as to know extent of your bones involvement. And then see you so as to treat you. Do hot fomentation x twice daily. Postural correction- always sit with a small pillow at your low back. Sit tall, walk tall. Follow the 30-30 rule. Post 30min of work at your desk do 30 sec stretching in the opposite direction. Stand and walk for a few sec. Extension exercises like bridging and bhujang asana x twice daily. Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees. Avoid lifting any heavy weights. And get vit d levels checked.

I am suffering from leg pain from last 15 days and in legs swelling also and lot of pain in my legs.
Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching towel hamstring stretch lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated hamstring stretch while sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds repeat 3 times for each leg.

Hi, I have l5-s1, Herniated disc, with right leg pain, earlier I had severe pain, I took some ayurvedic treatment massaged, 50% is reduced, after 15 days now it has come back once again, doctor does not confirm surgery, if surgery undergone, he is not sure of curing, it is more than 3 months, still not cured, I have contacted 9 doctors, some doctors says go for surgery, some say wait do not go for surgery, it will take time to heal, earlier I was travelling by bike before back pain, now I travel by bus, please suggest what to do, will this get cured. How much does it take time,

Hi, try curing it by exercises and medications, if it keeps recurring, then surgery is a good solution, you have to judge how much your lifestyle and work is getting affected, and accordingly take a decision, send me the mri scan images for me to take a look.

It might be of ls spine or of gluteus muscle strain of rupture do consult neuro physio and take appropriate therapy.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I am 63 years old male having mild diabetes but very much under contro through medication and regular exercise. I am getting numbness on my left toes during morning walk of late. It subsides after 15-20 minutes or immediately on resting. I was treated for sciatica few years ago. Please send me the reports of fbs, 2hr ppbs and hba1c. You may be suffering peripheral neuropathy as a diabetic complication. You send me the report personally to me and I can help you. If you get nervigen tab take that as a nerve tonic. Inform me.

Hello, My wife met with an accident in jan 2015, got some scratches on her face and knee got admitted into hospital for one day, after her right arm was paining she was unable to lift her hand also, they took X-ray and told that no bone fractures. Day by day the arm pain was becoming more, after 15 days doctor suggested us a MRI scan in which it was reported tendon tear and suggested for surgery in march she had undergone the surgery and was recovering, same time she had the pain in her left knee also and after that doctor suggested for MRI scan for her left knee and then it was a ligament tear and undergone a surgery for that also in June 2015, with the grace of god she was recovering from that also the right knee started paining since from jan 2016 they suggested some tablets and also suggested for physiotherapy, even after that also nothing was improved again early this month they have suggested for MRI scan to right knee and as I said the report was that and again they are suggesting for another surgery we are totally confused what to do now, please help me we really do not want to get the surgery to be done if there is any alternate medication please let us know.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.
