I got body pain when sleep, weakness like have sit on chair for 20 minutes with my leg on other chair then leg muscles and joints creating pain, knee of legs and finger joints of leg as well as hand are frequent in this almost daily.

Pain & swelling of joints & muscles rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Physiotherapy usually helps any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. It may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises.

I am soo weak I can ate as proper diet and much as possible but after before I am weak and pain in muscles and bones give me a treatment for this.

Jumping into a workout without first warming up your muscles can increase joint pain, especially after age 40, says David Kruse, MD, a board certified sports medicine specialist with Hoag Orthopedic Institute in Irvine, CA" Joints hurt more when muscles and tendons are stiff. As we age, our joint mobility and tissue flexibility decline; a thorough warm-up helps accommodate these changes. It doesn’t have to be long and it doesn’t have to complicated: Five minutes of light movement, like an easy walk, is all you need to get that blood flowing, warm up your muscles, and get them ready for the task at hand. Use a foam roller. Joint pain can feel worse when your fascia (the elastic, weblike matrix of fibrous connective tissue that supports, binds, or separates your other tissues, joints, and organs), becomes dry and brittle—something that happens as we age. Ideally, your fascia acts a cushion for your joints, and helps to protect them from impact during exercise, says Sue Hitzmann, an exercise physiologist and creator of The Melt Method. The more hydrated your fascia, the more cushion you get. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi, I am 20 days ago my right hand fractured. Plate and screw fixation surgery done by doctor. After surgery I can't use my hand as I use before till now. Right hand became too slim right now. I need better tips for bone healing and back to normal life, I already upload my x-ray report.

Hello. 4 weeks after your surgery you need to start with proper physiotherapy treatment to make your hand perform normal movements, start with mild exercise of wrist and elbow, parrafin wax bath can be applied to part. The reason your hand became slim is because of muscle wasting it is normal after surgery it will regain its proper shape after you will start with proper movements of hand.

Not all patients of backache & pain joints need surgery. Most of them can be managed without operation morning stiffness is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Ankle sprains usually recover within 2 months provided tou give complete rest to the ankle by applying plaster cast. If its still continuing then you need to see an ortho surgeon n get investigated.

As your tests are normal , go for ultra sound of upper abdomen to rule out liver disease.It may be muscular, you do breathing exercises.

Start with physiotherapy treatment and learn exercise for spine. Don't sit on floor. Don't lift heavy things. Take calcium and multivitamin. Apply volini cream before sleeping.

Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hello. You have not mentioned since how long he has been suffering from knee pain. If he has very chronic pain and he has gone through all other alternative ways and does not get relief and his pain is at very serious level he can go for knee replacement surgery ,if his knee bending is too much restricted and unable to walk then knee replacement is advisable, its completely dependent on his body response how he ll recover .As a Physiotherapist I advise you first go for alternative therapies if they don't work out you can definitely go for knee replacement it is a last and convenient option. Stem cell therapy and other therapies are also there but because of age it may not work out but knee replacement may but after surgery exercise and care should be taken. Thank you.
