Hii lybrate-user, as you have mentioned that your mother is having dry skin. Please inform is there any specific season when you feel your skin is more dry. Dry skin can be an early sign of pre psoriasis and should be managed properly. To start with coconut oil is best remedy for dry skin to be applied after taking bath. It is safe for long term use.

Erectile dysfunction (ED), also known as impotence, is a very common health problem. According to the Massachusetts Male Aging Study, it is estimated that half of all men experience erectile dysfunction at some point. At age 40, about 40 percent of men suffer from this condition, and it is more common at older ages.

ED is a condition where a man is not able to achieve or sustain an erection. It can lead to low self-esteem, depression and guilt.

A range of causes of ED can be broadly classified into two categories—physical and mental (psychological). According to the BBC Health, about 70 percent of impotence cases have medical causes and about 30 percent have psychological causes.

Physical causes include narrowing of the blood vessels due to high blood pressure (hypertension), high cholesterol, diabetes, hormonal changes due to aging, surgery or injury, thyroid problems, kidney issues, heavy smoking, obesity, excessive drinking, nutritional deficiencies, certain prescription medications and treatments for prostate cancer or enlarged prostate.
Psychological causes include anxiety, depression, stress, and other mental health issues and relationship problems.
This problem may resolve if the underlying cause is treated. You can also try some home remedies.

Before starting with this particular method, make sure that you?re already at least semi-erect (between 1/2 and 3/4 of your erection power). If you do this technique in flaccid state you will achieve no gains while doing this with complete boner will result in some tissue and nerve damage! ? Lubricate yourself a lot. ? With your right hand form an OK sign and grasp the base of your little buddy. ? Then ?massage? your phallus by pulling your right hand slowly outwards from your base up to its head (pay attention to not jelq your glans as you may lose sensation in it). ? Then switch your hands and repeat these steps. The benefit of doing this is that you?re trapping and pushing blood from your base to the glans and in that way enlarging its whole size. ? You can repeat it as much as you please but I would not go into extreme and recommend to stop as soon as you start to feel any discomfort. ? Oil vigourex oil for external application of penis and sinovex herbal oil both mix and apply 2 times a day? My advice: From beginning consider a lower number of repetitions and then gradually try to increase the amount in one session.

You need to start strengthening exercises. Use elastic resistance band. Avoid rotating the arm outwards. Pain will ease of slowly. You are free to perform regular activities but avoid sudden movements. A few shoulders dislocate again. So complete your rehab and take care.

I am having depressive episode doesn't feel like talking to anybody and feeling sleepy all the time .experienced loss of interest in everything N loss of appetite too. Had previous episode last years also for which took some medicine for depression.

You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

There are powerful homemade treatments used to remove accident scars naturally without causing any side effects to the skin. 1. mix curd or frozen milk and turmeric. Frozen milk is a good exfoliating agent and it nourishes your skin and leaves your skin glowing once you wash off the paste. If you have a sensitive skin then you can add a few drops of lemon juice and rose water. Facial scars from accidents can be easily removed by using the above mentioned natural home remedies. 2. you can also use the one part of baking soda with two part of water to create a paste. Baking soda is a natural exfoliator and helps in the gentle scraping of the scar tissue layer by layer. Scrub (avoid vigorous rubbing) this paste on your scars for a minute or two and after that you can rinse it off with cold water. 3. Mint juice is also effective to remove old accident scars. You can use the juice of mint on your face leave it for 5 minutes and wash that off. If you are doing the same procedure for a month then you can see visible results. The old accident scars will become lighter in color on regular usage. It is a good practice to apply vitamin E oil on car accident facial scars to fade out spots and scars. Hi, congratulations! Considering height and weight, you should gain around 9-11 kg in your Pregnancy. Best diet plan is eat whatever you like. First trimester you may feel lot of vomiting sensation. So better to have dry diet at morning. Second trimester onwards you can eat whavever you like. Do little exercises like walks. Supplements are dry fruits, fruits, as far as possible natural ways. Have milk and milk products. If possible consume 0.5-1litre milk per day, that gives you required calcium supplement. Get your tests done with your obstetrician and after your first three months are over meet dietician.

There are two ways to treat ACL injury. Treatment depends upon severity of injury and resultant laxity. Physiotherapy is done for muscle strengthening and if there is improvement to such an extent that patient doesn't feel any instability then well. if patient doesn't feel he had stable knee, treatment then becomes Arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL. there is no way to repair ACL.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. I am not sure what you mean by" not learnt anything" actually you have not studied or is it your anxiety which makes you say that you have not learnt anything. Well, in 20 days, you will need to cover a lot of content which means that all kinds of distraction like computer, mobile, tv, friends will take a back seat and you will focus your attention on your studies, small periods of relaxation, eating and sleeping. You will need to organise your time in such a manner that you are able to give ample time to important portions to study. If you want to leave out unimportant portions, then do so. Walking and loudly repeating what you have learnt helps to retain for longer. Make points and elaborate in your mind. Use a highlighter to mark out important portions. Use mnemonics and abbreviations like vibgyor to help retain portions faster. Using all senses to learn portion helps immensely. You can attach a mental image, smell, music or color to various things to access it faster while reproducing content in the exams. Reduce junk foood to minimum and eat only brain healthy food to increase focus, retention and reproduction. Exercise everyday to improve blood circulation and mental alertness.
