You can take protein from foods like egg,fish,lean meat,lentil,peas,peanut,tofu,soybean,soy milk,soy product,skimmed milk,yogurt,nuts,seeds.Along with this you can take whey protein or other nutritional supplement.These has no side effects.

My wife age 28 years is pregnant by 37 weeks 1 day .In last doctor visit we are asked to go for planned c section in a day or two as doctor says the placenta is mature (age 3) and liquid is getting lower. So we should not wait for due date. While till now every thing was normal .All reports were ok. Suddenly we are said for c section. My wife is weighing 76 kg while baby weight was 2.6 kg last Monday. What should we do now.

Hello dear, your doctor is absolutely correct in suggesting for lscs. Grade 3 maturity of placenta with reduced liquor indicates that baby might land in trouble. So it's better to deliver once maturity is attained.

avoid day time sleep. avoid tea , coffee in late evening and after, take rest and balanced diet. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is perfect timing.inform if not ok.

He is 5 year old and have chronic constipation. Hard stools and pain while passing stools. Sometimes he is so scared that he holds his stools inside for 2-3 days. Please advice.

Hi, shampooing your hair everyday will not reduce your dandruff and hairfall at all instead it will worsen this problem. So reduce washing your hair 2times a week. First before washing hair apply oil in the morning or previous night. Don't use anti-dandruff shampoos at all bcoz this will increase the amount of dandruff and hairfall. Don, t eat too spicy and oily food. Include salads in diet and fruits.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly.

Hello. Hair problem is common now a days. Due to stress and busy life. Take full sleep. Drink planty water. Have fruits. Take. Acid hydrofluoric 30.2 tds x 30 days. And revert. Use arnica mon q 30 ml + your oil 100 ml mix. Twice a week at night and wash.
