Hi. You may be suffering from IBS. It's common in young age, students. My Advise is that you should avoid stress, anxiety. Sleep properly. Avoid spicy oily food. Increase fibre content in diet by taking more of salad and fruits. For medications please consult online.

Soo you know your getting angry with someone. And this is not a good thing you also know it. Soo if you know your doing the wrong thing you have knowledge about that, soo if you know this you can correct urself also. U have to talk to your mother-in-law about this. Sometime this kind of thing make an impact on someone's mind. If not work try to avoid that situation. Meditation is needed. And also you need some proper homeopathic treatment for this. Though I take a proper diet and sleep of about 6-8 hour yet I feel too tired when I wake up. I also feel tired and sleepy all day due to which I delay my works. This has led me to a problem of delaying in completing the works and is causing a serious effect on my career. I do not do any form of exercise due to my schedule. Please suggest some solution.

Hi, get your blood tested for cbc, hb%, s. Calcium, s. Ferritin and esr. Simple nutritional deficiency can cause general weakness of the body. Would advise you to take homoeopathic medicines - alfaalfa tonic and five phos. - both thrice daily, and let me know about your condition after a month. Management: daily intake more of healthy, nutritious and balanced food which includes green vegetables, seasonal fruits, salads, legumes, pulses, eggs, milk & milk products, oats, cornflakes, muesli, nuts, lean meat (chicken & few seafood), etc. Keep yourself well-hydrated by taking at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day, also increase intake of other fluids like coconut water, shikanji, jaljeera, gulkand, rooh-afza, lassi, curd, etc. Which has got cooling effect on the body during this hot summer weather. Sleep for 6-9hrs at night and 1-2hrs. During daytime. Avoid going out or playing under the sun, best time is after sunset. Wear a hat with broad brim, wear sunglasses whenever you are out in the sun. Don't awake late nights, follow motto of'early to bed, early to rise. You have not mentioned the age and other symptoms to give a specific answer. However you may have uti check your urine re and culture if pus cells present and also fbs, 3hr ppbs & hba1c and send reports to me privately for follow up.

Acne affect the skin of the face- where people blush. There is redness in blush areas, papules (small, red solid pimples) & pustules (pus filled acne). There may be red lines on face and nasal bumps or knobs.

Rosacea is a chronic condition. The symptoms come & go in cycles rosacea can not be cured completely but it can be treated and controlled.

The flare ups of rosacea are caused usually by following conditions:

1. Hot drinks 2. Stress & strain 3. Alcohol 4. Spicy & greasy food 5. Sunlight 6. Extreme heat & cold.

Coping with rosacea: only very mild products should be used on face. Avoid those products that contain alcohol or irritants. Avoid sun. Stay in cool environment, cover your face in cold air. Avoid heavy exertion. Use electric shaver.

The foods which trigger rosacea flare are:

Liver, cheese, chocolate, spinach, citrus fruits including tomatoes, bananas, plums, raisins, figs. Spicy & hot foods. Eat plenty of carrots.

Carbo animals, radium, rhus tox, aloe etc are good homeopathic medicines which cures acne/ rosacea.

1. Take bland diet, avoid oily, spicy, fried and junk food, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take one tablet of meftal spas ds as and when required after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily 4. Take one tablet of rantac150 mg twice daily before food 5. If no relief, take usg abdomen after consulting doctor.

Quit habits strictly. Seems like you have oral submucous fibrosis (osmf). Kindly consult an oral & maxillo facial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need conservative or surgical management for mouth opening depending upon the stage of osmf. Advise full mouth opening, ballooning exercise & side to side movement of the jaw. Wrap 25 to 30 ice-cream sticks, make a bundle, put it between upper & lower front teeth for 15 minutes thrice a day increase 1 sticks each day.

Hello, We need to make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Do more chores. Lots of household chores actually involve a lot of exercise and being better about doing chores can be a great way for you to fit activity and exercise into your day. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. Try to choose exercises that focus on your core muscles, since your legs and arms can get activity through daily activities like lifting bags of groceries and walking a longer distance from your car. Try squats, planks, burpees. -Get indulge into some activity at home like riding a bicycle, swimming, playing active games with your kids. -Eating right. Cut out unhealthy fats and take in healthy fats. The easiest way to identify unhealthy fats is to look for “solid” fats, or fats that are solid at room temperature. Get plenty of protein. Protein will help you maintain your muscles and also give you the energetic feeling that you may be missing now that you’re getting less exercise. Good protein sources include skinless chicken, turkey, salmon, anchovies, sardines, oysters, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and peas. Eat properly portioned, balanced meals. Generally, about ⅓ of your plate should be fruits and vegetables and ⅓ of your plate should be grains. The final third should be a mix of protein and low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, eggs, non-fat milk, etc). -Drinking enough water.

Hello lybrate user, 2 mm stone ll pass without any problem but for 5 mm stone, u need to take medicines. Homoeopathic medicines not only dissolve kidney stones but also remove d tendency to form stones recurrently. Even after u pass both d stones there r chances that a new one ll b formed. So go for homoeopathy, u ll b better. TC

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy
