Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. Premature ejaculation you can correlate when you started mastrrbation what was time and check current timing. You will find time to ejaculate might hv reduced significantly. Some people even ejaculate while rubbing in bed 2. Second problem is weak erection. Over a period you will feel lesser or weaker erections. One may feel shrinking penis due to this. Consult to cure side effects of excessive masterbation. Results within 10 days once you start treatment.

Penis Health and Vitamin D - Introducing the Miracle Nutrient

Penis Health and Vitamin D - Introducing the Miracle Nutrient

Of all the vitamins out there, vitamin D is, perhaps, one of the most well-known; possibly because well-meaning moms and dads have been telling their growing children from day 1 that they need to drink their milk with vitamin D for strong teeth and bones. Well, Mom and Dad weren't just pulling a fast one on their kids; vitamin D is, in fact, an essential nutrient that helps the body absorb calcium for strong bones and teeth. Vitamin D also performs other important functions in the body - including supporting penile health! That's right, men, getting lots of vitamin D helps support healthy bones -and boners - so be sure to get the recommend daily amount of this essential nutrient from now on to experience the following penis health benefits.

Vitamin D - the Miracle Vitamin

Vitamin D is known in many circles as the miracle vitamin. It performs "miracles" throughout the body, but is especially helpful with keeping everything down there running smoothly. Not only can it help improve one's overall sexual health; it also improves the appearance and texture of the penile skin.

Vitamin D and the immune system:

Vitamin D is critical to supporting the body's immune system; in fact, it helps the body to ward off bacteria and viruses that can cause infection. Vitamin D is what is known as an antioxidant - those superheroes in the body that fight the free radicals often are linked to cancer - which means getting enough vitamin D, along with maintaining a healthy lifestyle, can help keep the entire body healthy. Vitamin D is also a big supporter of cardiovascular health, which is a contributing factor to erectile function and sexual performance. So by keeping the heart healthy, the penis is healthier, too! Now, who's thirsty for milk?

Vitamin D and sexual health:

Not only does vitamin D support heart health for a healthy erection, it supports penis health in general. Studies have found that men who do not get enough vitamin D are more prone to erectile dysfunction and even suffer from decreased sperm count! This is especially important news to men who are trying to get their partner pregnant, as vitamin D can ensure he has enough swimmers to get the job done and his penis is able to rise to the occasion. Vitamin D and healthy skin:

While most men may not think about the smoothness of their skin, vitamin D does help to keep the skin hydrated and itch-free. Yes, that includes the delicate skin of the penis, too. Whether a man is suffering from jock itch, psoriasis, skin rashes, premature aging, or even penis wrinkling - vitamin D can help to prevent and reduce all those skin problems and more.

Sources of vitamin D

There are three primary ways for a man to get his daily vitamin D intake: food, sun exposure, or vitamin supplements. Men who want to pump up their diets should focus on foods like whole milk, salmon, tuna, eggs, portabella mushrooms, eel, and liver. The sun can also provide a nice healthy boost of D, as the rays of the sun help to stimulate the body's natural production of vitamin D - but given the fact that too much sun exposure can burn the skin, men should not rely on the sun for all of their vitamin D needs. Lastly, men can choose to take vitamin supplements to help them reach their recommended daily dose of vitamin D of 600 IU. Men especially interested in the penis benefits of vitamin D should also use a penis vitamin cream that is loaded with vitamin D (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil). Applying the penis vitamin lotion directly on the penis also allows for maximum absorption, as the nutrients are delivered right where they are needed most.

Haemorrhoids - Surgical Ways To Manage Them?

Haemorrhoids - Surgical Ways To Manage Them?

The anus is a highly vascular area, and these blood vessels dilate, leading to a condition called hemorrhoids, which are external and protrude into the anus (external) or into the rectum (internal). While most hemorrhoids are self-limiting and can be managed with conservative care, about 10% to 20% of the hemorrhoids may require surgical removal.

When is surgery needed?

  1. Thrombosed hemorrhoid
  2. Prolapsed hemorrhoids
  3. Relentless bleeding (maybe painless also)
  4. Recurrent hemorrhoids

Types of surgery required
The exact location of the hemorrhoid and the severity will dictate the type of surgery required. Read on to know some of the common techniques are used to treat hemorrhoids.

  1. MIPH (minimal invasive surgery for haemorrhoids): Also known as hemorrhoidopexy, it involves the use of surgical staples to keep a recurrently prolapsing hemorrhoid in place. These staples ensure they do not prolapsed again. It also cuts of blood supply, so the growth is curtailed. This is done as a same-day procedure under local or general anesthesia. This is the procedure of choice for grade 2 and grade 3 bleeding piles. It is a totally painless procedure and is widely accepted by patients.
  2. Hemorrhoidectomy: It is done under general anaesthesia or spinal anaesthesia in people where conservative and in-office procedures have failed. The hemorrhoids are often large, prolapsed, and cause bleeding. This requires hospitalization and may need about a week to recover completely. This was the standard procedure earlier. It is still very useful for prolapsed large piles.

Post surgery, there could be rectal pain and discomfort. In addition, the patient should drink water adequately, eat a high-fiber diet, and use a stool softener to prevent recurrence.

Im not working so I CAN'T manage my weight. I think 75 kg is over Wight. How can I manage my weight?
Hi lybrate-user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

When I walk on high sunlight I have a problem with my eyes. Eyea were turn red and heavy headache. What should I do.
Hello Sam, Walking under sunlight without any protection to the eyes is bound to make your eyes red. Direct sun light harms your eyes in turn making them red. You need to use dark tinted sun glasses in order to protect your eyes from direct sun light. The sun glasses will even protect your eyes and decrease the headache also.
