Hi for pain take cold water fomentation for 20 minutes thrice a day for 5 days. Do stretching and gentle massage of hand. If still you don't get relief and need further advice, consult me via lybrate.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain and inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. Keep equal balance on both legs. Avoid long standing. Do hot fomentations and gentle massage. And do calf stretching exercise. If it work then ok otherwise physiotherapy treatment for few days.

I have severe neck pain. I Couldn' t able to sleep in night due to this pain. I have consulted ortho doctor as well as physiotherapy Dr. But pain remains same for the hole day. Probably you are suffering from repetitive stress injury. In addition you may have low serum vitamin b12 & d 3 levels. Please get them tested. Will need to start muscle relaxants and anti inflammatory medications.

Foot exercises. Do the following exercises barefoot: •1. First write digits 1 to 10 using your toes raised up in the air. •2. Sit on a chair, raise your toes and curl them •3. Pick up a small piece of cloth off the floor using your toes. •4. Still in a sitting position, point your toes and circle your ankles in a slow counter and clockwise motion. •5. Stand up from the sitting position and go on tip toe for 5 seconds.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves.

I am already taking medicine pari. Cr for depression and one capsule of black grape seed, have been asked for 3 months, but my muscular vibrations are more in sleep if I done take alprax 0. 25 half at bed time. I avoid taking it. Can you please help how to get rid of all these vibrations

You may be already habituated to alprazolam. Get rid of taking it even half. Take pari cr at night and other herbal ramedy as you wish.

There is a severe pain and burn in my hand. My wrist pains and my fingers are swollen. My full hand including fingers has tingling sensation all the time. The ulnar and radial nerve also has a burning sensation. My wrist and fingers are stiff too and I couldn't sleep too for the excess pain and burn.

Do contrast bath therapy- take hot water in one bowl & cold water in another bowl. First dip your hand upto wrist in hot water for 3 min then immediately in cold water for 1 min, keep repeating for 20-25 min, twice a day. While your hand is in water keep moving hand actively Do hand stretches Take smiley ball, squeeze it, hold for 3 sec then relax, 25 repetitions twice a day.

Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference? Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hello . You need to get your back checked first and then do specific exercises till your back is cured completely. Studies have shown many of the times joint pains comes from the back and neck so get them checked and do regular exercise.
