I am 20 years old male my height is 170cm and weight is 56kg I want to gain my weight. Plzz suggest what I do.

I am 20 years old male my height is 170cm and weight is 56kg I want to gain my weight. Plzz suggest what I do.
Our weight should be proportionate to our height. For every given height there is a normal weight range. You must do several things correctly to gain weight. A healthy diet: this is the foundation of gaining weight. If you don't do this right, the other things you do won't be effective and could even be harmful. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day. Exercise: Some types of exercise are more effective for weight gain. If you are below 21 years of age, you are still in the process of growing and are just beginning training; you need to take a safe approach so please speak to a trainer for an appropriate regimen. If you are above 21 years of age: assuming you don't have any medical conditions that would make it risky, you can do weight training to build muscle mass. There are different exercise regimens but the preferred ones focus on training large muscle groups (e.g. chest, back, thighs, and butt) and doing full-body exercises such as push-ups, squats, pull-ups, rows, etc.

What's wrong with masturbation? What frequency is considered as too much? Is masturbation okay or are there any possible problems with it? Does masturbation result in cheek depressions?

Nothing wrong with masturbation. Once or twice per day is considered normal. It does not lead to cheek depression. Masturbation is a very healthy form of sexual outlet, do not feel guilty about it. Nearly 99% of men and more than 60% of women masturbate. It starts from adolescence and goes on in some people even till death. The pleasure (orgasm) from masturbation is said to be unique from sexual intercourse. In men, most of the liquid contains only water and some fructose and hormones. Hence it does not drain your energy. Many equate masturbation/ seminal fluid loss to lack of energy, impotency and so on. Many quacks, religious heads and pseudo healers also propagate the idea that masturbation is a disorder/ and wrongful behavior and instill fear on the mind of innocent men and women (we can see posters in train and bus stand, offering help for this behavior). Consult a psychiatrist, if you have excessive masturbation guilt or compulsive masturbation. Compulsive masturbation is when a person continues with frequent masturbation neglecting his/ her other work like education, job or social obligations. In fact masturbation reduces the sexual tension and helps focus on task at hand better.

Hello, I have developed an itching problem in winters. Whenever I do any physical activity, or I am happy or nervous,...
Natural home remedies for winter itching are - 1. Rose water and glycerin- Glycerin draws water to your body and has a cooling, hydrating effect on the skin. Mix glycerin with rose water and apply on the body for natural moisturizing effects. 2. Honey - Pamper your body with honey, which is a natural moisturizer, anti-microbial and anti-oxidant ingredient. Heat two teaspoons of honey and apply it on the itchy areas. Leave it on for 15 minutes and wash it off. Honey traps moisture in your skin. Its anti-oxidant properties repairs the damaged skin 3. Oil- Oil is thick and provides effective protection against winter itch rashes. You can either use olive oil, coconut oil or almond oil to massage on your body after bath. If you have few extra minutes, heat the oil and then apply on the body. Make sure not to drench yourself in the oil to avoid stickiness. Just use the required amount of oil for the body. This method can also be used after evening showers before going to the bed. This is one of the effective winter itch home remedies. 4. Malai (Milk Cream) - Malai or milk cream is an age-old technique used to treat dry skin in winter. To soothe winter itch, mix two teaspoons of milk cream with a teaspoon of milk and a squeeze of lime juice. Apply this mixture on the dry and itchy areas of the body and wash it off after 30 minutes. For those who do not mind the smell of malai, they can simply rub it on the affected parts and leave it overnight. In morning, you will wake up to well-moisturised, soft and supple skin. 5. Oatmeal - A natural exfoliant and moisturiser, oatmeal is rich in vitamin E which retains moisture in the skin by forming a barrier. Grind one cup of oatmeal into a fine powder. Add a little water to the oatmeal powder to form a thick paste. Apply this mixture on the itchy skin, cover it with a cloth and leave it on for 30 minutes. Wash it off with normal water. Do this daily to prevent skin itchiness. 6. Dry Fruits- Dry fruits such as almond, cashew and raisin retain moisture in the skin and effectively helps in treating extremely dry skin. Hence, make it a point to include them in your diet for quick winter itch relief. FOR preventing DRY SKIN - 1.Prevent HOT baths and showers from making dry skin worse 2.Apply moisturizer immediately after washing 3.Use MOISTURIZER 4. Use only gentle, unscented skin care products 5. Be hydrated for more queries, contact us.

5 Secrets of Shiny and Silky Hair

Caring for your #hair can be a daunting task no matter how simple it sounds. It can sometimes also be rather overwhelming too with all the different types of hair care products that are so widely available in the market. For instance, there are lots of different #masks, #serums and even #hair #balms. But it is not always possible to invest in different hair care product each month, as that can lead the budget go ashtray. Instead, it is always a much wise idea to take care of your hair in such a manner that would not break your bank or your pocket for that matter.

Causes of #Damaged & #Dull Hair:

There are different types of hair #textures, but regardless of the kind of hair you have, there is no point in getting it blow dried every day. You can also choose the air drying for most days as that is the best choice for your hair. Blow drying can damage your hair without improving the texture.

Using #shampoo can strip your hair from its natural oil and also dries it up. If you happen to have your hair colored, shampooing every day will also zap your hair off the color and cause a lot of damage.

Try to avoid flat ironing your hair every day. Putting your hair into the clasps of the hot tools can make damages to your hair that is beyond repair. If you do have to make use of the ironing tools, make sure to go with the lowest possible heat setting and get it done quickly.

Secrets of #Silky and #Shiny #Hair

Air drying for #natural look of the #shiny and #glossy #hair

Avoid washing your #hair every day.

Instead, it is a good idea to #shampoo every alternate day or even better twice a week.

You might feel that using vinegar in the hair will make your hair and scalp smell like salad. But use of Vinegar after #shampooing the hair, provides a #shine and a #softness that is incomparable to any other #conditioner.

#Oiling your #hair can deep condition and #moisturize. Use of good Old Olive Oil or even Coconut Oil or soak the hair for an hour, wash off the hair after an hour. The hair would look and feel #soft and #silky.
