I am 58 age remains under stress, my penis do not erect how to sort-out from this problem? Please advise.
Males, who are unable to gain harder and fuller erection, could not penetrate into her and offer sexual pleasure to their ladies. Some males gain erection but lose erection quality in the love act. It leaves both the partners dissatisfied in lovemaking. Weak erection is another problem preventing males to engage in lovemaking. Males, who are old, suffer from reduced energy levels, stamina, vitality and vigor. Such males also suffer from low semen load. You cannot enjoy intense sexual pleasure with reduced semen load. All these sexual problems can be effectively cured with the help of herbal pills like capsules. You are advised to use this herbal pill regularly two times with milk or plain water to improve vigor and vitality and achieve harder and fuller erection for pleasurable lovemaking. This herbal pill is developed using natural ingredients and high grade herbal extracts to improve vigor and vitality. Ashwagandha are highly helpful to increase sex power, stamina and energy in men. It enhances blood supply and oxygen supply to the reproductive organs through dilating blood vessels in the penile region. For treatment consult privately.

My friend have regular fever in morning.

AUTLS, CCEDM, MD - Internal Medicine, MBBS
General Physician,
My friend have regular fever in morning.
Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever  -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami, Amla juice etc.  -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals like sprouts.avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport.  -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

LIFESTYLE FACTORS AFFECTING PSORIASIS TREATMENT:

It is known that lifestyle factors such as smoking and obesity may affect psoriasis severity. Furthermore, addressing risk factors might also contribute to better treatment responses to systemic medication. In a recent trial, overweight patients with psoriasis randomized to a hypocaloric diet achieved significant weight loss after 16 weeks and a higher mean Psoriasis Area and Severity Index change compared with the group with a normal diet. The data from the Psocare study in Italy showed that patients with psoriasis with lower body mass index responded better to systemic therapy than obese patients. These results suggest that lifestyle changes could lead to a better control of psoriasis and also a better response to systemic antipsoriatic therapy.

Hello Our baby was born 25 days back. She got jaundice and had to be kept for phototherapy for 2 days when she was born. Everything was fine after that. But from last three days she is not passing stool. Is it normal? Before that she was passing stool once a day. She is on mother feed with top feed once a day.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
Most breastfed babies do not pass motion daily and even one week is safe ,But in your case top feed is a villain and stop it or feed with a spoon and not bottle . When you give top feed you give boiled water in between feeds . And also in your best interest check his TSH as hypothyroidism can also cause constipation

Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc. Eat daily fruits  with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange.  .Eat proteins like dals, sprouts, egg, chicken etc with every minimeal. Drink lot of water. One glass every hour. Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise everyday. Walk for 10 mins after every meal. These steps can help reduce sugar levels.
