Keep yourself hydrated in this dry weather, take good amount of semi solids like shakes lemon juices, sugarcane juice, and lassie curds any of milk products lik cold coffee, hot coffee, this will definitely benefit you. Avoid nose cleaning abruptly, nose fingering also avoid, do not start with smoking if doing avoid it.

Hye, thanks for the query. You have to understand that weight loss is about eating sensibly, about earing right. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating, so if you have lost weight on scale by crashing your intake or restricted intake or skimping on a particular food group or over exercising, then be assured that you have not lost fats but muscle mass and water. This, once if you get back to your old routine, is going to show up as a gain, which is infact much more than what you lost.       These methods and fads also cause rapid loss due to loss of muscle mass, leading to a very lowered metabolism, which will cause reduced fat loss and further fat deposition.            Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets, singular food remedies like doodhi juice or green tea will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. If this is the way by which you lost weight, you can't maintain it for sure. So, if your weight loss is by any of the above methods, you are bound to gain all the weight you lost. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits which you can sustain and maintain for life. Here, you can be assured that your unwanted lost weight won't come back if you maintain right diet and workout.

My fasting blood sugar 160, post prandial 283, hdl 26, ldl 113, triglycerides 160, total cholesterol 170. My alp level is 141. Am already on BP and hypothyroidism medicines. My doctors are saying am having metabolic syndrome. Do I need to take medicines for diabetes, medicines for cholesterol and also an aspirin or just diet and exercise will do?

Take a ripe tomato, mash it and add a few drops of lemon juice to it. Apply it and watch your skin tone lighten gradually. Another great way to make oily skin fair is to apply a mixture of milk powder, papaya, honey and milk to your face. Apply a mixture of honey and lemon , both only one tablespoon , before sleeping and then rinse with warm water. Ensure a good night's sleep and then wash your face with cool water in the morning. Apply mash ripe banana on face and leave for 15 minutes. Use rice water to help lighten your skin faster.

Cold do not last for more than a week in usual 1 month cold, you have to think of some underlying dse like a c/c rhinosinusal infection, allergy and other causes of rhinitis if you could do basic blood count and aec and discuss.

Hello, using such kind of artificial means of reducing weight is usually not advisable. Better go for natural way of weight reduction! hello, it's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: management: 1: drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: enjoy your favorite foods. 4: have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! medication: start taking schwabe's phytolacca berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!
