Take frequently meal and good quality meal don't avoid any meal, avoid outing. Take complex carbs food for gain weight. Do some physical exercise.

I do not get sleep at night. However I sleep during the day time and hence feel weak the whole day. How I fix my biological clock?

You need strong will power to do that. Start with going to bed on time at night. Keep on lying with eyes close, even if you can not sleep. No TV/ Mobile/Whats aapp/face book etc. Even if there is no sleep. The only thing that you can do is read a book before going to sleep. Then wake up/ get out of bed on time from bed. Do your daily acrivities. Do not sleep in daytime at any cost. Whenever you feel sleepy do exercise. It will take a few days but your biological clock will adjust itself quickly.

Add healthy calories. You don't need to drastically change your diet. Go nutrient dense. Instead of eating empty calories and junk food, eat foods that are rich in nutrients. Snack away. Eat mini-meals. Bulk up.

I am suffering from ring warm skin disease Getting itching in that area Please give some suggestions.

Wash the skin two to three times a day. Keep the area dry. Avoid excess groin skin irritation by wearing 100% cotton clothes. Avoid fabric softeners, bleaches, or harsh laundry detergents. Wash your workout clothes, underwear, socks, and towels after each use. Keep your groin, inner thighs, and buttocks clean and dry, especially after you exercise and shower. After showering or bathing, dry the irritated area by gently patting it with a towel. Be sure to dry your skin thoroughly. Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in two cups of warm water. Wash the infected area with this solution and allow it to dry on its own. Another option is to apply a mixture of equal parts of white vinegar and coconut oil on the affected skin. Like hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol can help kill off the fungus that's on the surface level of the skin. You can apply it directly to the affected area Listerine: It has antiseptic, antifungal and antibacterial properties, which help treat itch.
