Don't skip breakfast. Eat regular meals. Eat plenty of fruit and veg. Get more active. Drink plenty of water. Eat high-fibre foods. Read food labels. Use a smaller plate.

Eat a high-protein breakfast. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. Drink water a half hour before meals. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (see list. Eat soluble fiber. Drink coffee or tea. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Eat your food slowly.

Dear lybrate-user Kindly investigate the cause of weight loss. Commonest cause is Diabetes and TB I would suggest kindly do basic screen of full medical check-up which usually now being offered for RS 1000/- in many pathology laboratory. Then if everything is normal consult a dietitian for a detailed schedule diet chart. Hopefully your questions is answered.

Hi mam, if you need proper diet chart then you need to do private coinsultation otherwise you can follow the below mentioned tips; Eat a high-protein breakfast. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. Hi, Lybrate-user, If you are eating eggs then eat only white part avoid yellow as it contains fat Drink warm water atleast 1.5 to 2 L in whole day. Don't skip meals but take small meals. Eat fruits. Avoid spicy, greasy and fast food. Quit coffee and tea. Start green tea. After you wake up in morning drink 2 glasses of warm water. Exercise would be best.

My whole body is in perfect shape even the chest. But the only thing is that my tummy portion is not getting into shape it contain visible amount of fat which looks bad. Everyday I do extensive exercise as I am preparing for defence. So all my body is in shape according to requirement except the tummy part! I want to loose my weight too.

If you can specify what exercises you do I can help you better. Sometimes runners develop a belly as they do more cardio and less of weight training. Also the food you eat post workout matters a lot.
