Hi lybrate-user. You need to first add fiber rich foods to your diet. Eat lot of fresh fruits, salads, include flax seeds, garlic in regular routine. Foe SGPT & SGOT reduce the intake of fried foods, non veg (meat).

I use to play badminton, and during play my legs started paining in muscles and bones, I'd taken calcium tablet and vitamin d3 as per the doctor consult But I only get relief when I take tablet, Is there any proper resolution to my problem?

Hi lybrate-user. As per your doctor consult, you should take medicines at least for 3 months to get some good results. You can also add dry fruits, milk and milk products, soybean for the calcium source. For vitamin d3 take fish cord liver oil daily in your diet, add a egg yolk once in every 2 days. Take timely meals.

Hi lybrate-user. Your ideal body weight as per your height is 77 kgs. Don't work too hard to loose weight. You can work on maintaining the current weight. Whenever you go for a gym workout, take a fruit or handful of nuts 30 mins before your workout. Take a protein and carbs rich diet post workout. Eg. Take boiled eggs with a fruit / a bowl of sprouts with a fruit / yogurt + fruits + dry fruits / museli milk with dry fruits. You are doing a weight training carry a bottle of water or lemon water to take in between your workout to keep up the energy levels. Maintain a good water intake of up to 2.5 liters daily. Take a heavy breakfast rich in proteins and carbs, lunch comprised of proteins, carbs and fiber, dinner should be very light in carbs and more fiber and protein. Include the mid morning and evening snacks in between your meals.

Ho lybrate-user. You should always need to keep your pre workout meals rich in carbs, carbs help you to keep up with the energy levels during workout. Grab a fruit or handful of dry fruits or a glass of milk, could be the best choices to for pre workout meals. You can definitely take honey and lemon water, but so add a fruit or dry fruit along with it. Basically the honey and lemon kick start your metabolism, so better metabolism better for fat burn.

Hi lybrate-user. Only exercise will not help you to loose belly fat, you need to keep a close eye on your dietary habits. Timely nutrition rich meals will work effectively to get rid of belly fat. Start virgin coconut oil 2 spoons in a day, it helps in loosing belly fat.

1) yes, it is always better to take fruits empty stomach, it helps the maximum absorption of nutrients in the body. 2) you can fix a regular sleep routine before going to bed daily. Set a fix sleep pattern. For eg: daily reading a book, drinking a cup of warm milk, etc fix such routine for yourself.
