Hello, From four days ago when I went to toilet for motion I get blood in it so I ask to my family doctor and discuss this thing so he told me that I hve infection in colon tht why you get blood in motion and he give a medicine I took tht medicine I get relief from tht then two days I do not get blood in motion but today I went to toilet I am again facing a same problem I did not get pain but only gas is passing I am did not have any pain in my stomach or in motion.

I am 21 years old boy and I have a little acid problem. Whenever I eat, I feel the heat inside my body and hot air exhaling from my nose. I think it's acidity because sometimes in a week (not regularly) I get acid reflux burp. When my acid is increasing, I feel the heat inside my stomach and I have fast heartbeats. Every morning when I wake up, I don't want to eat anything and I feel the heat inside my stomach. No other symptoms apart from this. How can I cure it?

Take light food .increase amount of salad in your meals. Never skip your meal. Take sheeta sudha (Dhootpapeshwar) 2 tsf three times empty stomach. Avipattikar churna half tsf with honey twice a day empty stomach Drakshavaleha 1 tsf twice a day empty stomach. .abhayarishta 4 tsf with equal amount of water after meals twice a day. U will be completely alright. Take care.

1. Don't Overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. I think I have a problem in my stomach because whatever I eat I feel like going to washroom latrine and also my stomach gets bloated and fills with gas this happening mostly every day and so I consume light food but still this problems is their. Should I go for sonography? I consume green tea with 2 tulsi leaves and crushed ginger 3 or 4 times a week in morning or evening. Is it good for stomach?
