Our body is set at a particular pattern in addition to our specific body requirements. Our body requires minimum 6-7 hrs. Of sleep but sleeplessness can occur due to tensions, anxiety,using gadgets prior to sleep timing, excess use of tea/coffee. Please try to relax at bedtime or whenever you are trying to fall asleep. Say your prayers. Do not think about the past day or the next day. You can even try counting 1-100. Sounds funny but it helps many a times. Regards,

Do full bad rest some days heating paid used on problem areas like back & ankle either you can also take physiotherapy some days like 15-20 days a physiotherapist give you heating paid, us, ift & exercise but after Physio you can carry on heating paid & exercise you feeling better, do rest ok.

As you mentioned you hav developed neck pain bcoz of prolong sitting .u know the reason behind that also .it is sitting for prolong duration apply pressure to neck muscle specially in forward head posture. Condition you have developed called cervical myalgia. Correction of neck posture is key to success. Sit straight .keep head in eye level .make your work station ergonomically fit .keep your desktop in to eye level. Take breaks every 20 minutes initially .do stretches off load the pressure for those neck muscle. Do apply hot fermentation to painful area. Consult me online for more details. Thanks.

My father Has A Problem Of sleeping. He sleeps when doing work, even. When driving he slept for a moment. Its a major problem.

Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment shoulder is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the shoulder with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.
