You can try to conceive for some more cycles naturally. If you don't conceive, assisted reproductive techniques like intrauterine insemination can help.

Hello, I am 36 year old I am suffering from pcod after my marriage and my weight is 80 and also not getting pregnant ...
If you have pcod, your amh is likely to be on the higher side. Low amh does not correlate with pcod. You need to reduce weight and also check your antral follicular count which will generally be good in pcod.
