Safed Daag Treatment In Hindi -

Safed Daag Treatment In Hindi -

Gastritis & Homeopathy

Gastritis & Homeopathy
Gastritis is not a solitary disease; it’s an umbrella term, encompassing different conditions, with inflammation of the stomach. Inflammation relates to the response of the body to any kind of irritation, or injury. For e.g., if you scratch your arm with your sharp object, the skin in that area turns red, swollen, warm and tender. This response is called inflammation. When the lining of the stomach is subject to any kind of irritation, or injury, it responds in like manner. Such a response could be acute, or short-term distress . However, in a large number of cases, it tends to run a chronic, or long-term, course with many ups and downs, represented by flagrant symptoms.
A host of factors trigger gastric trouble — right from medical conditions and certain medicines to lifestyle indiscretion. This may include infection, triggered by Helicobacter Pylori, a bacterial incursion, aside from certain parasites, certain drugs [pain-killers; aspirin], stress, excessive alcohol use, and certain foods and so on hemopathy, the safe and effective treatment for gastritis.

Homeopathic treatment is safe and effective for gastritis. It soothes your tummy distress, pain and other annoying symptoms, associated with the given problem, including IBS, peptic and duodenal ulcers. Managing, controlling and correcting the progress and response are important steps your professional homeopathic doctor will take to treat you at the clinic.
This applies to cases where the disorder has progressed to ulcers in the stomach, or duodenum. In such cases, your homeopathic doctor will employ appropriate homeopathic medicines for gastritis alongside lifestyle and dietetic changes — to heal as well as prevent their recurrence.

Most important: professional homeopathic treatment provides improved therapeutic outcomes, while dealing with stress, one of the major triggers for gastritis.
•    Increase your fluid intake — drink plenty of water, fruit and vegetable juice, derived from carrot, spinach, beet and cucumber
•    Drink two cups of green tea [without milk and sugar], 20 minutes before meal-time to improve digestion
•    Avoid eating cabbage and broccoli; they could trigger gas problems
•    Avoid alcohol, colas, tea, coffee, hot and spicy food, and drugs such as aspirin; they may irritate your stomach lining and cause gastritis
•    Eat small and frequent meals
•    Quit smoking
•    Take effective steps to control your stresses by way of yoga, meditation and other relaxation techniques, such as imagery
•    Follow-up with your homeopathic doctor on a regular basis.

Hello- HSV 1 is completely curable by ayurvedic treatment. The common cause of Herpes is through skin-to-skin contact, which transmits HSV-1. In case the first episode of herpes occurs during pregnancy, there are possibilities of passing on the virus to unborn baby. From an Ayurvedic perspective, when our immune systems are weak, that is when the body does not receive enough food, exercise or sleep, and are exposed to environmental toxins or chronic stress, the body experiences imbalance of doshas. Impurity of Pitta, along with blood, is considered the main causative factor for the condition. This impurity of blood, which can also be caused due to poor digestion, wrong eating habits, leads to appearance of leasions in the skin. Hence as for Ayurvedic treatment, the first step is to balance the doshas. This is achieved through dietary modifications, and adding herbs and dietary supplements to balance the doshas that lead to this disease. The herbal preparations detoxify blood and lymph, expel the toxins and vitiated doshas from lymph and blood, and hence the underlying tissues get rejuvenated.

If you want to lighten your complexion, there are natural remedies that you can try to brighten your skin a few shades. Since many commercial creams are ineffective or unhealthy to use, turning to natural methods to get fairer skin is a smart choice. A common household ingredient — lemon juice — works especially well to lighten skin tone. Staying out of the sun and using natural facial masks will also keep your skin from getting darker. Protect yourself from the sun. Most of the normal darkening and discoloration of your skin is caused by exposure to the sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays. If you're extremely concerned about having fairer skin, staying indoors will keep your skin as light as possible. When that's not possible, protect your skin use SPF sunblock with a minimum SPF of 30. Most dermatologists agree an SPF 15 is not sufficient anymore. Dangerous UVA and UVB rays are still reaching your skin. You want 98% or more of the sun's rays to be blocked. Wear a hat to protect your face when you're outside. Especially in the summer. There are so many fashionable hats these days, you can also be a trend-setter while you are protecting your skin. Exfoliate your skin a few times a week. Doing manual exfoliation can really help to lighten the skin, since the process takes off dead skin cells. Keep in mind that exfoliation only helps if your current skin is darker than your normal skin tone, because it reveals fresh skin that is untouched by the sun. You can exfoliate your skin manually by using a body scrub or face wash with exfoliating particles. To make your own, just add a teaspoon of ground almonds or oatmeal to your regular cleanser. Using a scrub brush or a dry brush is a great way to exfoliate your entire body. For your face, use a special brush with softer bristles so you don't damage the fragile skin there. Keeping your skin healthy by protecting it from the sun, exfoliating and using natural lightening methods is your best bet for keeping it on the lighter side in tone. Remember that consistency is the key, and do your facial treatments several times a week. For medication consult online in private.

Wrinkles - 5 Options Your Dermatologist May Recommend!

Wrinkles - 5 Options Your Dermatologist May Recommend!

Wrinkles are inevitable with advancing age and most individuals find them annoying. Luckily, there are many available medical options to reduce these pesky lines and look younger. Your dermatologist can help you with a variety of gentle options like:

  1. Retinoid creams: These creams are derivatives of Vitamin A and cause superficial peeling off the skin, reduce rough bumps and lighten superficial pigmentation. These are prescription medicines and have to be used carefully under proper medical supervision to avoid side effects like itching and burning reactions.
  2. Peels: This a procedure in which your physician applies a thin layer of medicine on top of the skin for a few minutes and then washes it off. Over the next few days, a very superficial layer of the topmost skin layer is then gradually shed off. The regenerating skin from below is fresher, smoother and younger.
  3. Lasers and other rejuvenating devices: Different kinds of lasers can be used to target different layers of the skin. Non-ablative lasers gently heat deeper parts of the skin to tighten collagen to give a smoothening effect. Ablative lasers are more aggressive and remove superficial layers of skin with great precision. Radio-frequency and ultrasound machines use other forms of energy to gently heat deeper parts of the skin to achieve a tightening and smoothening effect
  4. Botulinum toxin: This is injected into frown lines and crows lines to relax the muscles causing the wrinkles. The effect typically lasts for about 6 months.
  5. FillersThese are substances which are injected into the deeper wrinkles to pump up the furrows. The commonest substance used is called hyaluronic acid and is the same substance that exists naturally below the skin.

And of course, daily precautions like using sunscreens, moisturizers, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and avoiding smoking goes a long way in preventing wrinkles.

Signs and Symptoms You Might be Suffering From Lichen Planus

MD - Dermatology, MBBS
Dermatologist, Delhi
Signs and Symptoms You Might be Suffering From Lichen Planus

The skin is the most exposed organ to irritants, and when the body recognizes something as foreign, the immune system kicks into action. It produces what is known as antibodies against the foreign bodies (antigens). However, in many situations, the body produces antibodies against its own cells or tissue or components, causing an autoimmune reaction. One such autoimmune reaction is lichen planus, which is a skin rash caused when the body produces antibodies against its own skin or mucous membranes.

Risk factors: While anyone with a weak immune system can develop lichen planus, the followings increase the chances of that happening:

  1. Presence of other autoimmune disorders
  2. Hyperactive immune system, causing the allergic reaction
  3. Genetic inheritance
  4. Increased stress levels
  5. Prior history of viral infections
  6. Middle aged women
  7. Exposure to allergens like gold, arsenic, iodine, and drugs like diuretics and antibiotics
  8. Prior history of hepatitis C

Symptoms: Diagnosis of lichen planus is quite easy, as it has a characteristic appearance.

  1. Basically, a skin rash that is purple in color with flat tops on the skin
  2. Rashes spread over the body in a matter of weeks
  3. They are itchy, painful, and produce a burning sensation
  4. Could have blisters which burst
  5. Have thin lacy margin
  6. Can be seen in the genital area, scalp, ankle, hands, mucous membranes, and nails

If required, a biopsy can be done in some cases to confirm the diagnosis. Allergy testing can also be done to confirm hyperactive immune system.

Treatments: This can depend on the severity of the condition. In people where it is not progressive or inflamed, it could be observed to run its natural course and subside.

For those requiring symptomatic treatment, the following can be used:

  1. Steroids (topical or oral) to reduce inflammation
  2. Antihistamines to reduce the allergic response
  3. Retinoids (topical or oral) which can help overall skin health
  4. Nonsteroidal creams to clear up the rash
  5. Moisturizer to keep skin healthy and prevent dryness and itching
  6. Cool compresses on the rashes
  7. Loose clothing to prevent irritation and itching
  8. Anti-itch creams and powders and lotions
  9. Oatmeal bath to avoid itching and inflammation
  10. Ultraviolet radiation to the rash to reduce severity
  11. Avoid agents (drugs or chemicals) which can cause lichen planus
  12. If the lesions are in the mouth, mouthwash and/or rinse can be used for topical relief

Lichen planus often does not require any treatment. However, depending on each individual, it may require topical and/or systemic treatment to manage the symptoms. It usually runs its course over 6 to 10 weeks and subsides on its own.
