You must consult a orthopedic surgeon if any particular joint is severely affected. Anti inflammatory, physical therapy or evaluation for need of surgery must be done. Papaya ,banana fruits are said to be good for having anti inflammatory properties but are only supportive supplements not an alternative to osteoarthritis management.

Tips to manage knee pain

1. Medications such as naproxen, ibuprofen and acetaminophen can be administered to help remedy knee pain.

7. Shed off your extra pounds as being overweight increases chances of other disorders such as osteoarthritis.
8. Go for regular work outs to enhance and maintain the flexibility of your muscles as excessively weak or abnormally tight muscles can contribute to injuries. Be smart while choosing your method of exercise based on the condition you are suffering from.

Madam, Avoid lifting heavy weight. Do not carry back bag. Sleeping Posture and sitting posture should be correct. Get BLOOD tested for B 12, D3, Ca,Na, K, Alk.PO4ase, ESR, CBC. Hey. My had a pettelar dislocation on 21st sep 2016 and my mri was done on 11 oct 2016 nd it said that I had a partial LCL ligament tear and meniscus grade 1 tear and moderate knee joint effusion. Hi, since you are a Ankylosing spondylitis patient, its important for you to know its a progressive inflammatory disease which leads to pain and stiffness in the spine and Sacroiliac and spinal joints. So relying only on medicines will not help as it will just help in reducing the pain but will not restore mobility. Hi this is because of your poor posture and prolong sitting on computer. Avoid prolong sitting for neck pain and radiating pain you need to take physiotherapy.

Sound coming from knee is not always a serious problem. Unless you have swelling of knee or joint pain, just ignore and keep on doing your routine activities.

Remedial exercises 

Backache is a complex problem. It has multifactorial aetiology. There are many exercises that are used as an adjunct to its treatment. Here, some of the exercises useful in the management of backache are described. It is not a complete list. Many more can be added to it. As a matter of fact white charting out the exercise programme for an individual suffering from backache; one should take into account the exact cause of backache, age, the built of the body and even the mental attitude of the patient. The exercises should be done slowly and increased gradually. During exercise, sudden jerks should be avoided. Most of the cases of backache fortunately settle down with simple remedial exercises.

Some of the cases do not respond satisfactorily. It is these -who pose a baffling problem. Many methods have been tried in the past & new ones are being discovered with the hope that this oldest problem of mankind  the aching back, the most common yet intractable, is solved.

The actual treatment of backache lies in the therapeutic exercises only 

They act by: 

(a) improving the muscle tone. (b) improving the muscle power. (c) regaining the mobility of the joints and elasticity of the ligaments. (ligaments are the natural hinges like those of doors which control the direction of the movement of a joint). The usual remedial spinal exercises are:

You seem to have acute back pain, that could be due to unknown minor trauma to the disc, causing disc bulge. Or you could be having some renal issues (kidney stone maybe) in that case you should be taking rest for few days and avoid doing any heavy physical work, avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights, drink lots of water, more than 3 litres a day .Get yourself checked by a GP. General physician.

Hi madam you need to gradually increase. For backache you need to do back strengthen exercises and for abdomen there is few exercises that you have to gently follow take care.
