I think if you are doing yoga and Pranayama in the right way and at the right time,it's sufficient to achieve glowing skin and healthy mind. You can also reduce weight by doing yoga. You should avoid oily spicy and junk food . Avoid tea coffee and aerated drinks. Follow all ayurvedic principles and you can achieve what you want.

It would be better if you write in language you feel comfortable then you may translate in other languages. The second option is you may take help of your close friend.

I am 28 years old girl. I have diagnosed with TB although I had never smoked. I am eating medicine regularly but have few doubts. I will be glad if you can answer me otherwise I will be depressed like always: 1. Once I will complete my medication, is there any after effects of this disease or medicine? 2. Will it impact on pregnancy/child if I will plan later after curing? 3. I have only 1 day bleeding in menstruations from 1-2 years. Can you suggest what should I do? Regards.

Master in Psychology, MD - Ayurveda, Dems, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Ayurveda,
Miss lybrate-user, It all depends upon your immunity. If your immunity is good you can fight every disease easily. Immunity depends upon good mental and physical health. Smoking is one of reason for low immunity. Generally TB medications affect our liver. So take care of liver by taking liver protecting drugs. Secondly your diet should be nutritious enough to avoid any side effects of the disease and drugs. Take plenty of liquids including milk daily. You have safe pregnancy after completing the course. Regarding menstruation problem you should consult the gynecologist. Anaemia is one of the reason for scanty menses.

I have sweaty palm hands, what can I do for it, I am very tensed about it, because I don, t love sweaty palm hand and I will wash my hand daily in day a 100 times I hate it, give me a treatment suggestion or a pill which is suitable for me.

Ayurveda,
It seems you are suffering from stress and anxiety. You may also be suffering from OCD. Best way to avoid this is to follow Pranayam and yoga exercises. Sometimes hormonal imbalance is also one of the cause. But yoga and Pranayam is useful in that also. Share and discuss your problem with your friends and try to distract your mind from that. Best way is to keep yourself busy. Ayurveda medications are very useful in such type of cases .
