Yes 300 mg is very low dose. So, dose has been increased. If still seizures recur then dose has to be increased further or another drug has to be added.

She needs to be investigated by a neurologist. Apart from the clinical examination tests like EEG and CT scan or MRI need to be done before deciding on medicines.
