Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem is due to acidity - follow some dietary precautions: - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food, also limit tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day if you have more - chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals including snacks for proper digestion, do not lye down for about an hour after meals, try to take a walk for 5-10 min after meals, have a light dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion - take tablet Pan 40, 1 tab daily half an hour before breakfast till symptoms subside - if pain is more than take an antispasmodic tablet 2-3 times a day.

Hello patient. Shoulder, arm, back pain could be muscular pain. If it increases with activity/exertion and improves with rest. These pain can be due to other causes like uncontrolled sugar, low Haemoglobin etc. Remember one third of diabetes patients also have thyroid problems. You should get your Fasting sugar, CBC, RFT, Thyroid, S.lipids, vitamin d get checked from blood. (fasting). Regarding cancer chances you should clarify which cancer your mother family side has.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Have more of warm fluids water, tea, coffee, milk, soup, avoid all cold fluids & refrigerated foods - do warm salt water gargles three times a day -take pain relief tablet three times a day after meals - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration.

You are very young and have normal weight (in fact its towards the lower end only) .You should not have tummy fat unless you sit down in the wrong posture for many hours in a day and eat foods which cause bloating. Erratic eating might also cause it. Try to have small and frequent meals, plenty of water during the day, exercise for 45 mins on a regular basis. Also take care that you get up frequently and do not sit for long hours. Correct your posture too. Bring discipline in eating habits as far as timings and healthy food is concerned .Avoid junk. Just lemon water -honey will not help. You can still have ot early morning empty stomach.

This includes various nuts and dry fruits, bananas, potatoes, rice, peanut butter. -Drink milk daily. -Consume more proteins and carbohydrates. -Increase your regular meal portions by some amount. -If you eat non-veg food, eat it more often. Uric acid can cause 1.acute joint pain. Great toe, ankle, midfoot, knee. Commonly. And very uncommonly other joints. Like back pain 2.it can cause uric acid stones in kidneys 3.it can derange kidney function 4. Uric acid crystal deposition near tendon insertion you don't have any four of above your back pain is most likely due to other cause possibly muscular pain. Even if your uric acid is more than 7. Like 9.5 in your case no need to take any uric acid lowering drug cut down your non veg, pulses, mushrooms, raisins, cheese, cabbage intake by 40-50% to improve your uric acid take aceclofenac plus thiocolchicoside 4 mg tablet twice a day for 7 days for your back pain.
